I do not heard of a real estate accepting altcoins as payment. But maybe there are. But I do not think in my country, there is. In addition, I think it is difficult to deal with since the price of altcoins is volatile.

in my research, there are only 5 countries or cities that accept cryptocurrency to buy a land pr properties and these are the miami,florida,new york,new york .dubai,UAE. lake tahoe, california . bali Indonesia . these are the country that accept cryptocurrency to biy a land. maybe it is a direct cryptocurrency it doesn't need an exchange to fiat or other money to buy land

I think Germany and Switzerland are two countries that allow people to purchase apartments and villas through payments made in Bitcoins. There may be a lot more, as I am seeing listings in various real-estate sites from countries in the Caribbean and the Pacific.

According to this, there is no platform that allows people to buy land using altcoin. They can only be purchased using currency because real life and the government take the rules about it. we can buy it using altcoin then it will destroy the financial instruments and no country will not happen. So, exchange first and buy later.

I agree that there will be change something new on paying not now but in the future when crypto currencies are totally acceptable in the country. The fast evolving of the technology push for the people to accept what is new and be on the trend since many of us are earning rewards from the bounties.

Not only it accepts BTC, it also accepts ETH and it says on their home page "Will accept other crypto".
