These guys are so lame I placed a order way back in November and still have not received my open air case

Yessir - we've shipped 700 orders (ie. with tracking numbers) thus far and have another 300 orders at customs, we should get the tracking numbers for them tomorrow morning:) If there's any doubt I can take pics of parcels being packed (and some completed parcels) tomorrow when I'm at the office. |

As promised, here are some pics from today. This is what a completed, packed order looks like (before getting documentation and extra bubble wrap on top and being sealed). This particular order is three Giorgina units and is going to California.  Parts completed, picked and ready to pack - this is 6 Arianna units for a customer in Norway (2x left, 2x middle, 2x right) and will go out in two boxes.  As I've mentioned in the other thread and on the holiday notice on the site, we're down to skeleton staff until next week when everyone comes back in drips and drabs, so we've had to rope in some casuals. To be honest, they're kinda useless and a little lazy, and keep messing up parts piles. We definitely won't be hiring them again in future.  |

I'm still waiting for my delivery and it's been over 6 weeks. Three weeks ago I got an email saying that my package was going to customs and that I would receive a tracking number soon.... Still nothing.
If this is not a scam then it is at least very unprofessional.

Looks like it sat around waiting for a vessel to the US, and then left the country on 2014/01/21, so in transit for about 8.5 weeks. Expected transit time for surface mail to the US is 6-10 weeks (up to a maximum of 13 weeks), so you should receive it within the next couple of weeks:) |
