cryptsy responded immediately to me ...open a new ticket Peme!

And then? ... they already know everything, they did not answer my last ticket reply and changed the ticket status without an answer to "closed".
They even have my phone number !!! 

I have enough of writing them again and again just to receive incompetend default response. 

Instead I will use my rare spare time for investigating how my coins have been stolen and prepare a new mooncoin wallet at github.

It's possible that Litecoin will be cheaper, currently its market cap is $72 mln.
