I now suspect there is more than just a pump due to seeing trade volume go from 2500 btc invested to 3200 btc invested now.

Prepare to for a full moon.

http://www.macdonaldfamilycharity.org/index.cfm/0/0/18-Donation-Options.html

Do you think we can raise $10,000. I think it is easily achievable if we accept this as a goal and make it official.
If we do this, mooncoin will singlehandedly fulfill all those kids' dreams. We will definitely get PR and also help the kids in the progress.

Compared with this and the spacecamp, I much prefer fulfilling these kid's dreams. What do you guys think.

So space camp it is? A problem if we do that is that a lot of people donate to it and I don't think they'll recognize us or talk about mooncoin.

donating to a cause newer should be about PR solely. PR will come with it by itself.
Someone need to contact that space camp and have a chat. I do believe if we manage to send ~10 kids to space camp it will not go unnoticed.

Who has some spare time and would like to lead the donation project.
http://www.spacecamp.com/scholarshipfund
This is who we will be donating to and you will be willing to call the phone number on the site and discuss about donating $10,000-20,000(10-20 students to space camp).
After this is established, we can start advertising to people to donate as much as possible.
If this project goes through, I think we may even be able to raise much more.

Current donors:
1. adsoyo - 200,000.00 MOON
2. madcoin - 250,000.00 MOON
3. Fayens - 2,250,000.00 MOON

Quick Start

Start with registering on our pool & creating workers for your computers. You can use our automated config generator in our workers page and download pre-configured files for your mining software.

EU Stratum Server: stratum+tcp://eu.coinum.org:3338
US Stratum Server: stratum+tcp://us.coinum.org:3338

CGMiner Configuration

Here is sample CGMiner configurations with fail-over support. Given that the stratum server you use fails, your miner software will continue to work with out other stratum server.
Note: You have to change WORKER and PASS with your actual worker-name and worker-password values you get from workers page.

EU
Code:
./cgminer -o stratum+tcp://eu.coinium.org:3338 -u WORKER -p PASS --failover-only -o stratum+tcp://us.coinium.org:3338 -u WORKER -p PASS --scrypt -I 13

US
Code:
./cgminer -o stratum+tcp://us.coinium.org:3338 -u WORKER -p PASS --failover-only -o stratum+tcp://eu.coinium.org:3338 -u WORKER -p PASS --scrypt -I 13

Features

  • Fail-over config support - In case that the stratum server you use fails, your miner will just continue to mine with our secondary stratum server.
  • DDOS Protected - Our servers are DDOS protected 7x24!
  • Automated backups - We get automated backups of our system.
  • Automatic payments - You can set automatic payments if you like to.
  • Fast confirmations - We are quickly processing your transactions once newly found blocks are confirmed.

Sellers - if you want a good prices, take off your sell orders and WAIT. More sell walls between 25 and 45 means harder time getting the prices up.

On the upside, the predicted 12 hour slump has passed and we are on an upward trend again. With 2500 btc being traded and rising, Mooncoin is now the biggest market on cryptsy, greater than doge.

Edit: As I said before, the current value is significantly under what doge did in terms of curreny coins in circulation vs. price. Even if you take the total coin supply in to account, Moon can go to 70 satoshis or higher and still not be as expensive as doge.

Now we just need to burn through the sell walls (or sellers move their orders up, better yet take them out and hold/wait until this is above 100) - if any whales are interested, please feel free to kick start the upward trend in earnest Smiley
