Well the diff went from 28.31 at block 50999 to 2.24 at block 51000, and then to 0.00047765 at block 51280 (bottom I think) to go up again to 2 or 3 from block 51700 to block 51900.
At block 52000, where the reward halved, the diff was at 13.68.
So 1k blocks, or 2,500,000,000 TIPS were mined in less than 1 hour. Expect a big dump in the next hours (~1000 LTC).

This was a sort of instamine leading to free coins for some multipools/lucky miners.

Do multipools dump it all at cheaper prices? that way I can sell now and buy when alot lower

There is such a flow of coins that it will probably go down. I just sold at 46. I will see in the coming hours if that was a smart move or not.

I have absolutely no idea. But if they do dump everything instantly, this should lead the price down to 42 litoshi, from the current 46. That's not a lot, and the price could rise pretty fast after that because of the reward halving.
Could because there was less coin added on the market these past few days due to multipools abusing the diff retarget algo. The KGW will resolve the situation, but will lead to an increased amount of TIPS added each day, countering the reward halving in some way.

Questions guys, because I don't understand what it means: On my transaction page, in the status column I show 2 transactions as orphan. What does that mean to me? And how does it affect those coins?

Thanks in advance.

I know (about the last 12h), but my cgminer reported founded blocks (two). I suppose that I'm not the only one who found some blocks...

CgMiner reports shares, not blocks, I think.

i think kgw is not working right.

block times are way way off (11 seconds instead of 60), diff is too low and should update every block.

Orphans blocks are blocks first accepted by the majority of the network, but then rejected when a larger blockchain without the block in it is found.

It actually means that this block will not be accepted, and that you will not get the corresponding TIPS...

still, at this hashrate of 13 ghs, diff should be over 110.
