possibly by cooperating with a third party. a third party will use the music creator's work and they will pay some fees to qravity and qravity will pay the royalties to the creators according to the agreement. the advantage is that third parties do not have to work with all creators to use their work. the third party is quite cooperating with qravity.

actually KYC is pretty good. some people find it very difficult to use GA. and some people are lazy and boring to clarify over and over again every time when they enter on their account.

It is because they don't want to share the details to an unknown person, it doesn't mean they don't have any interest. Now a days many fake ICO's are also asking KYC documents for verification, in this way, they are in negative way to share the documents.
