Jus a suggestion, don't you think that betting 10BTC to get 10000 loyalty points is too difficult task to do?
Cant you have a feature like depositing in your account(I know you don't have any accounts) and then using that deposit to bet on different markets? That would make it pretty easy to bet on direct dice specially and would result in less expenditure on transaction fee.

By doing so you will pay the fee just once for all the bets that you place. Simply create a transaction with multiple recipients, and set each recipient to a different bet address. Also, you may want to consider betting with Dogecoin or Darkcoin as they feature smaller transaction fees. The fee to transfer Dogecoins is just 1 DOGE, which is equal to approx. 0.0000006 BTC. |

Double spent bet, exceeding the bet limit!!
Daaamn fucking blockchain!!!
I placed a bet today, the max limit bet was 2,7BTC, I placed 2BTC, but for some reason blockchain wallets have been acting weird and they double sent the amount!
They sent 2BTC x2.
Please help!!

I closed the tab, I always play without a email or account. I have the wallet input(the wallet I sent from) and the wallet output(the wallet I want my winnings sent to) I also have the time of the transaction etc. I sent email to you guys, the same time I wrote this post. |

Ok, I have calmed down, and I will explain this much better after doing more research, im still pissed at the reply I got in the email.
The match Chelsea vs M.City had a bet like this: Chelsea win + under 2,5 total goals. Odds: 4,7. Max bet limit: 2,66BTC
I found great value in this bet, so I placed 2BTC. This bet was placed 5min before the match start, as soon as confirmed, I closed the tabs and watched the game.
Key point: Bet max limit 2,66BTC
After the first 45min both teams score 1 goal each = I will lose the bet.
I do my regular and look for other picks, but soon I realize my account balance is shorter then what it should have been, I look at my transaction history and see this:
2BTC sent to Directbet
and 3 seconds later
2BTC sent to Directbet
totaling 4BTC.
The bet max limit was 2,66BTC so even if I would have won, the bet would have been voided, right?! YES!
First I thought it was double spend by the blockchain, then I looked deeper, it seemed like my transaction request either got sent twice or it was processed twice. I dont know why. One explanation could be blockchain wallet have been buggy all day or im using it over Tor for better security.
This is clearly an honest mistake not even made by me, but the mechanism of the wallet im using. Even if the bet would have been a win, I would not have won, because of void.
And I did not find out about this before later, thats the only reason.
Every legit company would have done the right thing in this case, and I hope you too DirectBet will do. Because you can clearly see this is not something made to scam you guys. If I wanted to scam, it would be stupid to exceed the bet max limit would void my bet.

Both of your bets were confirmed and therefore they both have to stand. Since your bets were transferred in two separate transactions, they were handled separately and are considered two different bets, each within the betting limit. Besides, it is possible to bet more than the maximum advised anyhow, as explained in more details here : http://www.directbet.eu/FAQ.cshtml#MaxBetIf we were unable to confirm the second bet for the reason that its stake is too high, it would have been rejected and refunded immediately with an appropriate message. But this was not the case here, as both of your bets were confirmed instantly, and this was indicated in the Bet Status page. In this case you would have seen both transfers were confirmed in seconds.
