I guess there is no way to submit more than 1 single bet at a time?

I.e., I'd like to select several single bets, submit them together, and send in the total amount in one transaction, as I can with a conventional sportsbook.

You can add the net to parlay and if you win you get a higher payout as well all of your bets have.to win though you send the money in one time btw

Anotherwords the answer to my question is "No"?

There is no way to make single bets (i.e., non-parlay bets) other than one at a time?

WAIT A MINUTE. HOLD UP. SINCE WHEN DO WE PAY THE TX FEES OUT OF OUR PAYOUTS? THIS IS BULLSHIT.

I made a 0.10 Allin poker flip at 1.08 odds and rec'd 0.1079. BULLSHIT. You guys said you ALWAYS cover tx fees!

Done playing here once my 1.40 BTC soccer bet is finished. Can bet live OTHER PLACES and then withdraw and pay 1 tx fee ALL TOGETHER or NONE AT ALL depending on book.

Come on man, it is just 3 cents.
By the way, it is stated in their rules, so you could have known.

Its the principle of the matter. You're right its just 3 cents, they win enough off players as it is so why not have them cover it? Nitrogen, Casinobitco.in, and others cover the fee. The rest have on-site betting which enable you to bet as much as you want paying only the sending fee once and then at end ONE withdraw fee. If I want to place 100 bets then boom 0.02 gone (0.0001 sending AND Receiving). Betting 0.01 BTC per bet, the average bet probably, that adds an additional 2% HOUSE EDGE to your bets (the 2% go to miners tho not directbet's pocket but still). Which can EASILY be avoided by going with better books with better odds who also COVER THE TX FEES. GET MY POINT?

Thank you for your feedback.

Just wanted to clarify - We always cover the transaction fees for Sports Betting. We covered the transaction fees for Sports Betting from our first day in business and nothing has changed.

We do not cover transaction fees only for Direct Dice and for All-In Poker Flips, which is a more exciting variation of a provably fair dice.

Direct Dice features no house edge for frequent bettors and is more of a bonus we developed for our most loyal customers, so we can not also cover the transaction fees. We are sorry if it causes any inconvenience.

All the Best,

Michelle

Are you sure that something hasn't changed in your system, Michelle?

I noticed recently that something was missing from a rejected bet returned to me (probably a fraction of a cent in actual value).

I didn't bother mentioning it at the time, but will look for the transaction within the next day and pm you the info.

You yourself have suggested clearing cookies in the past I believe when there have been problems.

Nope. We don't think it was us.

Once again, if you set up that page so it can be linked from the email address we use, that would be helpful.

The reason why we don't do it is for privacy reasons. Otherwise, anyone who knows your e-mail address will be able to retrieve your bet history since there are no "Accounts" at DirectBet.

In the future, we will add a feature that allows you to obtain your bets history and status via e-mail, and it will be sent to the e-mail address that you used for betting.

Will you find that useful ?

You're right. My suggestion could be a problem due to privacy issues.

Yes, definitely, that would be very useful.

Unfortunately, I have problems with another program if I don't clear cache and cookies regularly.

Was this ever instituted?

If not, eta?

So if the above has not been instituted, there's no way for me to track my bets (other than my own records)?

As far as the security issue of tracking bets via our email address

-  if the record will be available by logging in to your site with our email address - warn bettors that anyone who gets their email address will be able to login and see their bet history - and let us establish an email address that we will only use for directbet.

But easier perhaps if you set up an auto-email feature as you mention above.

Something should be setup by now to deal with this.

We pay the transactional fees for all sport bets payouts. This has always been the case from day one.

If you believe your payout amount was incorrect, please PM me the bet ID and I will look into it.

If you don't have records of your past bets, please PM me the payout address or e-mail address that you used for betting and I will send you your betting history.

Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you.

We still don't offer a way to automatically obtain your past betting history, but you can PM me or e-mail support anytime and ask for such a report.

We do issue betting history reports manually upon request.

It's normal for NHL to INCLUDE OT for NHL Totals wagering.

We don't deduct any fee from sports betting payouts.

If you are concerned about the fees that you have to pay to transfer your bets to us, you may want to consider betting with Dogecoin instead as it features smaller transaction fees. The fee to transfer Dogecoins is just 1 DOGE, which is less than 0.000001 BTC.

Problem with using doge is one day $100 in BTC = 1mil doge. Next day 10mil doge, or whatever.

You are right.

Total Goals bets for NHL matches are settled on the final result including any overtime and any shootouts that may be played.

There was a mistake in our Rules page stating otherwise. This has now been corrected.

Thanks for pointing out on this error. I'll PM you a free bet as a token for finding it.
