Not answereing your question, but VIP points encourage betting. Since betting is mostly based on impulsive beheavor, loyality poins work rather for the betting company, focus on value and your ROI and you should be good to go!

Directbet: I sent email to Blochcain.info and waiting for an answer, I really think this is unfair, as the void should have been voided, or there would be no logical explaining why you would have "max bet" nest to the input address? To hedge? if you accept most bets either way, you wouldnt just put ut in lower cases, with littel title saying(we have authorite to deny before a match start) instead it seems like thats the max. I usually create to different bets when betting Big stacks duo to the writing on the painting.
You also contradicted yourself in another mail, but I will let it slide.
Like I said, my point builds around I cannot physically bet to bets from same wallet within 3 seconds, unless the mechanism glitched and double spent my coins/ double requested. But I understand your policy, and I have lost far more coins that that, its just very unfair losing money I was not planing on using on that specific bet. And for you, you also have the proof from the direct input I provided.
Just to be clear: I only want the second bet voided not the total bet, because the first was done intentionally. Also this is good marketup and support for cheap money, without you having to pay from your own pocket, but rather refund a mistake. Look at the address I provided in email, you will notice I have not the technical abilities to or the possibilites this can be done, duo to every coin is on the same wallet.
Btw: Only reason I use your service without accounts is duo to limiting by legit betting companies, which you dont have. You let customer bet freely, so I would hate to have second thoughts about using your service again after this.
As mentioned, this is not a charity thing, this is plain and simple a bug, not DirectBets fault, but rather Blockchain.info(they are none profit, chances they will pay me back for the mistake is slimmer then slim shady on crack.)
