It's showing the confirmed are 1.01; however, the previous bets are showing the odds are 1.11. I am unsure how the confirmed odds dropped that much when every other sports book is showing 1.1 or 1.2.

this is normal thing if it is live betting, the odds can either drop or increase depending on the game, if you wish to get confirmed at 1.11 odds, then you should use flexible odds at 1.11

Your bet will be confirmed once the odds hit 1.11, if it never hit 1.11 after game ended, it will later be refunded to you

Thanks for the response. You're right, however the odds for this game has never dropped below 1.08 on any online sports book. It just doesn't make sense for a game like this either for the odds to go that low.

They e-mailed me back saying they are correcting the odds. You were right, the support here is awesome!

Your soccer prediction & ice hockey prediction games get overrun with answers and usually ends in players guessing ridiculous scorelines because there's nothing to guess left. This is because the very nature of soccer & ice hockey leave only really 8-10 results to actually pick from per game, at the very most.

Why don't you guys introduce a tiebreaker for these games, "time of first goal". In addition to posting the scoreline you think, you will also post a minute of the game for the first goal.

This might increase you guys' workload a little bit as you'd have to check through and see who's prediction was closest, but it'd certainly make for a more fun game & one that lots of people can play instead of it just being "who can guess the likely scores fastest".

It's true that there aren't many realistic options to chose from in the Soccer prediction game, but the advantage to this is that almost always there is a winner.

In the Ice Hockey prediction game, you can predict a score that was already picked by another member.

Simultaneously, we also run the Basketball and American Football prediction games, where there are more scores to chose from and as a result less winners and bigger prizes.

So we've got 4 different difficulty levels covered, from easy to difficult these are Soccer, Ice Hockey, American Football and Basketball.

The NCAA games are so incredibly difficult to bet on live. They are always on Negotiate. Even during halftime.

Extremely frustrating and not worth having to continually refresh to see if there is a line up!!

it could be just a coincidence, although in this week , directbet has actually alot of downtime that cause the customer to be inconvenient, but the fact that you always cant bet is a coincidence that you better when the site is on maintenance

Betting was suspended for a few minutes while we upgraded our automated betting system.

I apology for the inconvenience caused, it was just for a few minutes. We try to do these upgrades as quickly as we can, usually within minutes, and during off peak hours whenever possible.

All bets are back up now.
