in this month there is alot of downtime, sometimes I miss my bet, although it is backup very soon, but the downtime irritated me alot, is there an issue with server or it is from the odds provider?

How do you guys award the free bet that is earned after making bets on the site ? Currently it shows I have 0.1 BTC freebet available, and the only thing in common I have is my email address.
