This is just a suggestion, maybe you could do like bet365 and other books, that "lock" the game when they don't take any action on it.
IMO, as a customer you get rather discouraged to bet if the game suddenly disappears from the list.

Also to be honest the live engine you have is not that reliable. I can imagine that a lot of bets get canceled.
Like today in NHL there was Pittsburgh vs Philadelphia. Philly where a head with 2 goals yet you could bet Philly +1.5 for 1.50 (decimal odds).
Clearly it was a bad line, I don't bet obvious bad lines.

OK, I understand, thanks for the suggestion, we'll look into it.

Right now, if betting is temporarily suspended or otherwise unavailable, the bet(s) are removed to make a 'cleaner' view and reinstated when betting resumes.

Frequently, there are games with dozens of different bets but only very few available in a given time in-play, so to make it easier to find the bets that are available, we filter out those that are not. If there are no bets available, the event is removed altogether until there is at least one bet available again.

Also to be honest the live engine you have is not that reliable. I can imagine that a lot of bets get canceled.

It is possible that we had a bad line at the time, but if your bet is confirmed, it will be honored. We can not and will not cancel it as doing so would be unfair to you.

It is also possible that the odds were not up to date as you haven't refreshed the page for quite some time in which case the odds would have been refreshed had you tried to order the bet.
