Yeah but it took about 5 minutes to confirm instead of 5 seconds...
According to our records it took 3 minutes from the time that you ordered the bet on our website to the time it was confirmed. Apparently part of the delay was because our Bitcoin wallet was clogged as at that particular moment we received an unusual number of bets on this game simultaneously. I'm sorry for the short delay, we are working to improve this. |

On the other hand, you are claiming that you bet on our website because you can not find the bets that we offer anywhere else. That doesn't make any sense. If you believe that we are treating you unfairly, why are you not placing your bets on Cloudbet or Bet365 instead ? We are just "cloning" them right ? The truth is that we have treated you extremely well and patiently, despite the fact that you blackmailed us several times and threatened to make negative publicity on DirectBet if we don't refund your losing bets. You keep complaining on "technical problems" with your losing bets, but you never say a word about your winning bets. I'd like to kindly ask that you please stop spreading false information on DirectBet. Otherwise, we will have no other choice but to ban you from placing any more bets on our website. |

basically, the business model is to act as a bookmaker in bitcoins and offload the same bets on betfair with a tiny margin.
so when betfair is down, they cant provide odds too

I actually thought something similar, but then I realized that's wrong - in fact both sites are just using the same data feeds. |
