I reflect on the fact that lack of regulation in the field of crypto currency, gives wide opportunities for scam projects. And it will not be possible to regulate the cryptocurrency, no matter how much the goverments want to do it. In the fact that in the world of crypto, lots of scammers and they remain unpunished, I see one big plus.

People will be forced to learn to be more insightful, calculating and rational or will be scammed. Protection from the state decrease our instinct of self-preservation and slowed our development.

Interesting topic. How about if crypto currency creates more and smarter scammers?  Some people who were victims in the past will become scammers one day for revenge.

I think it won't, people who are obsessed with money would do everything just to have their hands into it. Most of them do things and don't even give time reading what they are doing. Why? because they think it's easy money and most ICOs give the mentality of that by stating bonuses, give aways, raffles etc

then they will not learn anything while they are trying to make money because, in the crypto, we need to learn about what we want to do to earn money. and if we cannot and don't want to learn, then you cannot earn anything and only get stuck in that way without having a chance to make money. yes, this is easy but it depends on how big your passion to earn that money. you need to read, practice, keep learning, practice again until you can make money.

Just look at all the cries of scam in this forum to see how "crypto" has blinded people with greedy promises of instant profits. Cloud mining. Bitconnect guaranteed profits at rates that would make loansharks jealous.

I think that some people will learn faster than others and some people will not. Knowing something doesn't automatically mean that makes you smarter. You have to read, understand, do research for you to be able to cope up the feast changing technology and community. You need to have an understanding if you want to earn money through cryptocurrency and hope not to experience being scammed.

Idiots used to come here they used to brag about how smart deals they made,then they used to throw a tantrum when the smart deal turns out to be a scam or some failed project, after that they are crying a bit for regulation and finally they leave. But when they leave 99% of them just as dumb as they were originally. Those who were smart but not careful used to learn from their mistakes, but they not going to be smarter, just more careful .

Your idea is interesting, but i have to say, that there are methods to deal with scammers. Governments just have to make organizers to be responsible for the investors with their own money or property

At least in ICO regulation countries will become more and more strengthened. Crypro may make us smarter, but liars will be smarter. I think it is necessary to properly regulate ICO
