I think if we are talking about the ico, then I am sure that before the investor invests their money, they need to know everything about the project so they can invest with safety. and this is why that crypto will make people smarter because between the ico and the crypto, it is related and cannot separate and if people cannot learn anything then their chance to get scam is big and they cannot make any profit when the ico is finished.
