I tried the last uploaded Wallet from here ( https://mega.co.nz/#!8oVznJQJ!cotwjUgLbVCouFKnasXw5Bmo_O14wmlWvg4TX2k8VDQ ) and it works for me.

So I guess OP should really try to communicate more with us. We need to get a perfect wallet and then we can apply properly on exchanges.

"Official" is a key. Mac wallet also. Forget about exchanges without it.

Because I am not sure that there is no some crap. Are you sure that your private keys are yours? Someone can steal all of your coins and wallets by shipping fake wallets.

The latest one was uploaded by SteveB. I think the only thing he forgot to do was to change the DOGE icon for when the wallet appears in the taskbar.

We are working on the official Windows Qt, but ran into some issues with it. I know it sounds stupid, but it can happen. Devs are working on it.
I think we will release it tomorrow. Until then, you can safely use this Wallet:
