Just got here myself looking to collect my cagecoins from exchanges and into my own wallet finally
Seems to be working OK after adjusting my .conf file will know more once it finishes synching

put this into a cagecoin.conf file and just to be sure copied into both the folder with qt.exe wallet and the AppData\Roaming\CageCoin.
