You will notice that this term assumes Bitcasino.io as the sole arbiter of whether any abuse has taken place and I am therefore contesting it.

I would also like to add that Bitcasino staff have been communicative, and they have offered to refund my last deposit only which I have refused. I believe I should be paid in full as I have broken no casino rules.

Yes it was a great promotion, but with such high fraud and multiple accounts because it was free to enter it took away many prizes from legitimate loyal players. I'm a bit disappointed as some of the nice prizes from the raffle were denied to payout due to multiple account fraudsters which could have gone to players that come to your site every day and play. I realize you want to attract new players with these types of promotions but you have nothing in place to detect fraud or players with multiple accounts apparently until they attempt a cashout and goes into review. Anyways, that said I didn't win a prize which is ok but many did who had multiple accounts and unfairly screwed legitimate players.
