Considering you have played bitcoins only (?) it is indeed a bit odd they would require such information. Though they are a registered casino so I wonder if it's something they have to do. Lucky7btc isn't a competitor, just a person that like to make lies about bonuses and saying that the bonus is exclusive to his site to get affiliates. There wouldn't be any point in replying to him anyway, since all he said was that he agrees.

Understand your point that issues can be better worked out if dealt trough proper communications channels but I am ( and can guess lots of people here that care a lot about their anonimity) would like to hear from you if you really asked to be provided with cheskor511nor personal ID documents to have his/her withdrawal processed and , eventually, why.
