I was playing the lucky dragons stating at .888ish on minimum bet (.005) and eventually reached around .1.1XX

I should have just stopped and withdrawn after getting that bit however I decided to try out .01 as it seemed quite fair how the spins didnt take me down low too fast and the free games didnt pay out much but enough to keep one going.

The games surely aren't provably fair but usually tested by some sort of company. All depends on if you trust that company that looked the games through. I usually choose not to trust though

Yeah there's no way to check if they're provably fair I could only see casinos do is when I play on those games is they deposit my money to the provider. There's no betlist or anything to check your previous bets.

Provably fair isn't very widely used yet. Most of the games you'd find on regular online casinos aren't provably fair in the sense we understand. Though most games are (or should be) looked over by some kind of a company.

I suspect that a major software provider play the role of owner more so than anyone working for a single casino.

The casinos are more like affiliates and CS for the platform provider.

They keep the business model secret and the providers refuse to communicate with players, so we can only speculate for now. 

When there's an issue with a player not being paid, the provider can be blamed with the player being told there's nothing that can be done.

I know for a fact they can alter the odds as I have compared payouts between their games and same games on another site (the games were provided by Booming Games). But as far as I know what was affected was the frequency of winnings which, of course affected the winnings. The house-edge was probably the same. What the weird thing was is that the other site wasn't offered a chance to alter these things.
