This place is surely rogue. If anyone depositing here get's what they deserve. I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO DEPOSIT HERE. They have gone downhill and are now scamming deposits. I have unsubscribe from any promos and closed my account. Unless you are willing to be ripped off PLEASE DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE!!!
Can you please explain how their recent deposit scamming strategy works so I can add their recent scam strategy to the BitCasino scam article? The silence in this thread recently strongly indicates that this ship is in the process of sinking!

So, I've seriously got to ask what the hell is going on with this casino.
1 1/2 year VIP player here, and used to play at their site excusively - the weekly cash drops, cash to the moon etc were a phenomonal part of the casino - and i would, without fail, play there most of the time, out of loyalty if nothing else.
I won probably over 20K (euros) from these cash drops - BUT, because they existed, I'd happyily play it back in, plus lots more - but what incenstives are there to play now?
Their free spins weekly review is a pile of BS - they have no regular promotions - and there is literally no reason for me to continue playing here.
We were promised a ton of new and exciting promotions when the new site launched - I got a 200mBTC bonus when the new site launched, but that's it - nothing since, apart from 10X weekly free spins, which is utterly pathetic.
I get that the price of bTC has clearly had an impact, and yes, the cash drops may have been costing them too much in the end - but heck, how many players i wonder they've lost due to this?
I would love to play there again - they've always been so good to me (processing a 15K withdrawal with no questions asked in seconds, no KYC etc) - and used to win the cash drops so regularly, but now... there's nothing.
Oficially moving to another casino, so if anyone's got recommendations for a VIP player about the best other casino to join, would love to know!
On a site note, Bitcasino.io says on the bottom of their website they're owned and operated by Luckbox Ent Ltd - has this always been the case? I thoguht it was mBet Solutions (who it now appears only is responsible for the games?)
Regardless, it's a complete shame what has happened to this casino, and I wonder if it's a new owner or something, but as a business owner myself, this is NOT the way to run a business!
Just my two cents...
Bitcasino is licensed to conduct online gaming operations by the government of Curaçao under the gaming license 1668/JAZ. NetEnt games are operated in co-operation with Elec Games N.V. who are licensed and regulated by the Government of Curacao under the same license no: 1668/JAZ. Their previous Halloween promotions was much better than the 13 free spins you get now. I am a bit disappointed that this site are going down like this... it is one of my favourites.

Exactly what happened to me - took the 13 free spin. It cost me just as much to deposit than I won off the 13 spins. The spins had a wager attached to it. Which if i known I wouldn't deposited. After winning I begin wagering on slots. After realizing my bonus counter didn't move. I tried moving to table games and they were blocked due to bonus. So I forfeit the remaining bonus which took the bonus and majority of my own deposit too. Apparently they forces you to use your own money first. Restricting you to slots only. If you forfeit while having a bonus (EVEN IF YOU DID NOT TOUCH THE BONUS) any winnings will be taken along with the bonus. If you forfeit before while losing. The bonus is taken away leaving you with your losses from your original deposit. While wager requirement not counting. LIKE I SAID FORGET THIS PLACE!

Did you realize that the 1668/JAZ license was issued to the trade name Curacao eGaming and not to bitcasino.io?

Bitcasino.io stole my balance of ~70 mBTC. Account id: musbad1988. I sent a deposit of 35 mBTC, doubled it and they banned my account after I pressed "withdraw" button. The long story is... my withdrawal was rejected with reason "under security review". Since nothing was changing in 10+ hrs I contacted support via livechat and they said my account was "automatically flagged". They later asked to provide photos of my ID and proof of address for "KYC reasons" (ohh yeah, Bitcoin casino asks for KYC! In that country in the middle of nowhere, need to be an idiot to believe). But I did sent it all. They ignored it for long, I had to ask status via livechat twice a day before once a guy from security named Joshua joined livechat. He asked me what wallet was I using, why I used the fee I used and other similar questions. I use paper wallet and raw transactions maybe that's why it caused such suspicion and "flagged" account issue (...or maybe it's because I used public PC in a library ), BUT... then he said I provide false information and my account is to be closed. I mean he literally said "You lied to me, musbad1988". Well who is this guy to judge me in such a rude way after all? He asked me to submit selfie with passport. I did it soon but it turned out my upload via broken form on site failed and I had to resubmit it one more time. So it was about 2 weeks from date I registered and my funds were locked. After another week of waiting they replied with a question "Do you have other accounts registered?". I said no and they banned me forever. Without explaining why, just said "breached our terms on providing false information". I asked them to refund me at least my deposit but they simply ignored this message. What a scam! It was just 0.07 BTC and guess what will happen to your deposits of 1-2+ BTC

They want you to deposit first then ask for KYC and ignore you so to keep your winnings as long as they can so to trade your btc on the exchanges to profit from? No thanks.

It was just 0.07 BTC and guess what will happen to your deposits of 1-2+ BTC Pretty much this is happening more and more when casinos start losing money. Instead of paying out, they are request very private and sensitive material like Passport photos, selfies, proof of residency, employment slips, etc. Knowing that 99% of people will never send their private info to an unknown casino which will most likely re-sell it on the black market. Hence its very important to check these threads and make sure you aren't gambling with a casino which has those practises. These casinos are simply not fair.

Yeah but if they are like these other casinos who are running out of the U.S they are going to need to pay off those entities that are punishing those who are still running on their jurisdictions. Fun Fact: Domain (ub.com) used to belong to ultimatebet - Home of the biggest online poker cheating scandal ever (owners could see players cards, stole tens of millions) in 2009. In 2011 they got shut down and ended up just stealing the rest of the money.
Oh interesting, I didn't know that bit of history. They probably got a good deal on the domain. I wonder if the name "United Bitcoin" came after the domain (as it seems rather strange to use the word "united" when you're forking) Most of the major US-facing poker site domain names were seized by the US government on Black Friday. Some sites, like Stars, decided to play nice, withdraw from the states, pay a shitload of money, and take on other debt in order to curry favor (and it worked, since Stars is now allowed to operate in New Jersey). Other sites, like UB (and their sister site AP) decided to bounce and steal everyone's money. I'd imagine the domains were sold or released and got snapped up by enterprising resellers who sold the domain to these guys, who created a name that fit the domain.

Your customer Peter Pan publicly announced to gladly compensate 20% of the funds upon payment for help in this thread: BITCASINO MADE ME WHOLEI will gladly compensate 20% of the funds I am due from bitcasino upon payment for their help
First you persisted that you did everything correct based on your terms and conditions and after my legal assessment he suddenly received his 100 Bitcoin. After receipt he deleted all his posts and escaped! But I already added the whole story to the BitCasino scam article for everyone to read.

Can this casino ever return to the stage where they honored their commitments and where they had awesome promotions without hidden clauses and excuses. This was my favorite casino and I used to like to promote it to all my friends, but they have gone downhill since. Now we see technicalities being used, not to honor their payouts. In a competitve environment like Bitcoin gambling, you only have 1 chance to prove yourself and to build a good reputation and I think they are burning bridges now, with all these dirty tricks.

As far as I know, they have been scamming/cheating users since day 1 of their existence.Critics say, they are ran by an agency which also controls other scam projects like sportsbet.io/vegascasino.io. You can check their ratings on bitcointalk. Now we see technicalities being used, not to honor their payouts. In a competitve environment like Bitcoin gambling, you only have 1 chance to prove yourself and to build a good reputation and I think they are burning bridges now, with all these dirty tricks. They have lost it all with one of their projects sportsbet.io getting multiple scam accusations every week.I don't why would anyone play here when they're much better options around (like the one in my signature)

I am not a cheater or smth and my amount is VERY small for this check. It looks like bitcasino.io simply abusing their ToS to ban innocent users and steal their money. Anyway I kindly ask Bitcasino.io to refund at least my deposit without winning to my address 13bgUroneRNZzsNACmVGwF3v9uvJuGjK2Z I've sent this address from email musbad1988@aol.com and from support chat a number of times. Since they ignore my emails this is the only place I can put it.

Seems like it's easier for them to just steal money from people with their excuses about "KYC". I would not believe for a moment this casino really needs KYC because their are not regulated by any KYC/AML laws. They have no address, no telephone, no court to appeal and so on. This leaves me feels robbed

It was just 0.07 BTC and guess what will happen to your deposits of 1-2+ BTC Do you really think this casino is trying to scam someone over $1,300? If you read their TOS (which people seem to forget exists) they are upfront about their KYC requirement. Its common knowledge that this casino and sportsbet.io require (by law, and to be able to legally operate) KYC documentation. If you have a problem with providing documentation than the simple resolution is DON'T PLAY HERE! It clearly sounds like you are attempting to scam this casino, with your "public PC in a library" claim Why would anyone use a public PC in a library when bitcoin gambling? That isn't very smart to begin with. As someone already pointed out, this company is doing a lot of marketing and community presence to suddenly run off with your 70 mBTC...

This leaves me feels robbed Well I hate to break it to you, but you better believe it. Their jurisdiction does require KYC documentation in order to comply with the law. So you're wrong about that one. If this was a scam casino, why do they limit who can play? If they were all about scamming, wouldn't they allow US players? Then they could just steal all the US players' money. But they don't allow US players because that would be illegal in their jurisdiction! This is what people fail to see; if they were scamming than they would be scamming ANYONE and EVERYONE! A phone number and an address? Yeah ok, show me another bitcoin casino that provides this kind of information...

they do not pay me 0.05btc which I won in their lottery in 2016. They say that I have many accounts. I explain to them that I played through a vpn-plugin which has a limited number of ip addresses. because their site bitcasino.io is blocked in Russia. Accordingly, many people from Russia played through this plugin and many had the same ip address. They do not want to listen to anything and ignore me. What is better to do in this situation? Documents are uploaded through the site, I can provide them with anything from documents, but they do not want to hear anything. Thank you and Sorry for Google translator)))

So what you're trying to say is: You won 50 mBTC about two years ago in a lottery and are claiming Bitcasino won't pay? That's hysterical considering your admittance of VPN which is prohibited per their TOS. Which is the same for every bitcoin casino as far as I know. There is a reason for that, please see my above post. They aren't trying to hurt their reputation by "stealing" $800 from someone who admittingly played from a banned country. From 2016, mind you

Playing 2 months on bitcasino.io, very fast deposit and withdraws. In my opionion the same casino as elsewhere, you can win or lose money. I was a little bit lucky.
