I did like this site a lot. Until I had a glitch in one of their games and they refused to compensate me, and it took over a month and a half for them to finally decide it was "resolved" even though nothing ever happened. I expected better from these guys.

Via terms and conditions - to receive a bonus on your deposit, you should write to our live chat that you just made a deposit and want to receive bonus on it. Agents are crediting bonuses manually and it takes just about a minute after request.

Unfortunately we can't give bonuses on those deposits what were made some time ago.

Some news! We just started to launch bitcasino.io on different languages. First one is Russian and seems that it works cool and understandable for Russian speaking visitors. So I have a question - on what languages you would like to use our website, what languages we should add?

Our plan is to get at least German, Norwegian and Chinese versions. But maybe you would like to see your own local language and we will be glad to start working on it!
