About
Shares is brand new 2 Generation crypto currency based on Bitcoin/Nxt. It will have its own platform, coded from scratch. But it will have similar principles to Bitcoin and NXT. My main goal is create a new Crypto Currency that is based on
Fairness, Security, and being Anonymous.I'm currently coding its own marketplace where users can buy shares using Bitcoin/USD. Shares is based on PoS (proof-of-stake) system, so SHS transaction fees will be divided equally to all users based on the amount of SHS a client has or have had. Shares will only have 100 Million coins with no inflation.I've had this idea where you could merge mine with just using users address but I'll talk about that later as it's a work in progress. A. Remember when I was talking about merge mining where you could mining with someone else using just their address? If not it is a work in progress and so far I've been getting some errors but simple errors that can fixed.
B. If you have no Shares in your account, mining will be easy for you but, once you start to earn Shares then it will be harder and harder to earn those Shares with mining. That's where the merge mining comes into place.
C. The more Shares you have the easier to mine Shares. Therefore mining with no Shares will be like mining Bitcoin with 10Khs.

Our plan is basically to make a coin truly anonymous by using a untraceable method. Its kinda like Tor where your ip keeps jumping around. Bitcoin has failed being a truly anonymous coin with its ip tracking on Blockchain.info.
How Far We Are With Coding
The Client is in progress, about 50% done.
The marketplace is %75 done and will mostly likely be done within a few days.
$10,000 has already been invested on the branding and developers who are help coding the client.
Deadline
The deadline has been pushed back to February 20, 2014 so people can have a fair chance of investing.
The Project details will given to the investors on the 17th of January. They will given parts of the source code and access to the marketplace and forum so they can start promoting Shares. Everyone investor will be emailed or pmed a unique password for each different person it will be connected to that same Ip. So you can't login and give the password to someone else because it won't work. It will only work for the first person who entered the site with the password as the Ip will be saved.
The Source code will be only half of it so you won't be able to compile it together and start mining.
