Quick request, can somebody compile current version of the bfgminer for Windows (preferably 32-bit)?  Github has only source...  Wanted to try it with rockminer, AFAIK it should be now supported.

Thanks!

i try before time to play with this compilations, but without success
better is to wait DEVs to compile

while you wait, you can still try and mine MED

just use

https://github.com/mrtexaznl/bfgminer/releases/download/v3.10.0.1-med/win32-bfgminer-3.10.0.1.zip

start bfgminer with option:  --http-port XXXX

and point your miner to ip:port XXXX   ,  you can use any regular miners soft which support your miners  Wink

I'm using this one already with a bunch of antminers/erupters, just wanted to try with rockminer...
Maybe I need to look for and dust off my programmer hat (haven't done it for a loooong while) Smiley

compilation need a bunch of additional soft, but you can play with this and clean dust of your hat and do it  Smiley

BUT i don't see problem to try and mine and now with your rockminer

All-in-one bfgminer 3.10 doesn't seem to recognize rockminer.  Not going to try mcproxy...

I wonder whether it is a single core per device?  I have four antminers on 6-core CPU using bfgminer 3.10, and they peg CPU at around 80% average, showing ~1.4GH/s each.  Adding fifth actually starts to choke the system (it's my primary desktop) and hash speed drops...

Thats because rockminer support came in bfgminer 4.7 i believe.

weird I have 6 devices 15gh each and yet bfgminer wont go past 15gh total and using 1 cpu core

That's my point Smiley.  Right now I'm mining bitcoin using rockminer with bfgminer 4.4.  I was asking about precompiled win32 version of the new all-in-one bfgminer-MED.

Yeah, weird.  I see activity on all six cores, and it's evenly distributed.  In on Win 7 64-bit, 6-core AMD 1045, 16MB mem.

the only way ive been able to max my cpu is running 6 linux vmware each with one asic feeding 6 different bfgminers. And that way needs constant monitoring it's a huge pain.

All-in-one bfgminer 3.10 doesn't seem to recognize rockminer.  Not going to try mcproxy...

seems you don't understand what i'm write you

use your bfgminer 4.4 which recognize rockminer, and point to mod bfgminer 3.10 - started with pool:port, worker, pass --http-port XXXX

where XXXX is port, for example 8332

compiled version supported your miner, don't give you better result - only you will not start additional instance of bfgminer

and here come problems with bfgminer and windows - for bigger miner windows is not so good

as i write before on Ubuntu 64 i have ~ 50 %  more hashrate/cpu cap than windows 64 - on same PC configuration
that on my old dual core PC, for new XX core XX thread i don't know what will be result

and here come problem with .............  community

if we have better community, and every share something - we will know enough

maybe on linux don't have multithreaded problems like windows , i don't know BUT work better - fact
