I think the L3 may only support stratum (pool) rather than getwork (solo), so you'll need to run something between your miner and the coin client in order to translate between stratum and getwork.  Yes, thank you all for selling me your batcoin for so cheap! Does anyone know the circulating supply? If not, it is possible to count, simply add the block rewards deducting for the halvings, currently we are on block 1,654,194. I'll do it if no one else knows. found this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=788249.0looks like a total supply of 91,000,000,000. 1.5 minute blocks with a reward of 60,000 BAT. Looks like no halving. Also 6 blocks each day give 4x reward, while every 4 days 1 block provides 10x reward. That is an average of 960 blocks mined each day. Now we take the current number of blocks divided by the daily block production. This gives the approximate number of days since the genesis block. It is currently about 1723 days. We need this information to calculate the 4x and 10x reward blocks. In 1723 days, a total of 6,892 blocks were 4x rewards, while a total of 430 blocks were 10x. We then subtract these amounts from the current block height. This is 1,646,872 normal block rewards. Now we simply add them all. 1,646,872 x 60,000 = 98,812,320,000 6,892 x 240,000 = 1,654,080,000 430 X 600,000 = 258,000,000 In conclusion, according to the thread info I found, there is approximately 100,724,400,000 BatCoin (100 Billion) circulating. Not bad!

Actually, the current exchange batcoin in trading https://trade.thecoin.pw/market/BTC-BAT has 10 decimal places for btc trades, so 1 sat is 100. It is currently available at 1.0e-2 sat (0.0000000001). Although someone just bought over 100,000,000 for about $55 usd. That is a whopping 0.1% of the circulating supply!  |

batcoin's market capital is 10 bitcoin That's the real big idea. If BAT has a solid 10btc of backing it provides super cheap version of spending BTC in micro transactions. At $10k or @$500k BTC. (btw ... @$500k BTC is super expensive to spend/send ... so a stable alt chain for micro transactions ... works) |
