I would solo at that level, should see a block every (diff*constant/hash rate/seconds in hour) which
for you is: 0.6 * 2^32/2000000/3600 = 0.35 of an hour.

Anyone who has been solo mining know how many confirms the client is requiring for newly generated coins to be fully confirmed?

On contrary, the solo confirms are very fast < 10 mins.

Have you downloaded the current client file? Is your esportsmoney.conf set up correctly? Make sure ports 29334 and 29335 are not blocked.

You need server capabilities to run a pool right? Why not advertise to some existing pools like Luckyminers or Poolerino?
