We have emotions and panic will still be present especially when we see a blood market. Moreover, experience can really give us a lesson but still it can't be a guarantee that we always win in a trading. Emotion can only be control if we have are expert in trading and we have good belief on ourselves. But still it is not common to all the people i would like to say that it is God gifted to have control over your emotion. To me some time i really find it difficult to control my emotions while trading bitcoin even i any other crypto currency.

This is right. One should never go for panic selling and should rather hold. Panic selling actually makes the market more red and this leads to further fall in the prices. One should rather use the trading experience and buy and make a diverse portfolio when the market is red along with the existing portfolio. Even if you buy bitcoin, your psychology in some situations will still fluctuate vigorously and panic because you have a clear understanding of bitcoin, you have a belief in it, you know everything will stabilize again even when the bitcoin goes down. It is obvious some people will panic even when they are holding bitcoin, in fact we saw this in the recent crash, however the mechanics are the same, those that sold in panic did it because they bought bitcoin for the FOMO without really understanding what bitcoin is about so when they saw the price going down when some whales began to cash out they panicked and now they have learned a lesson that they will never forget, never invest in something you do not understand.

Before entering in to a long term market you should set your mind that after buying something you would need to sit like a duck of the ground because starting is from low market and it will end up after a long time when you enter into its high market.

don't panic is the hardest things that we can deny but if we can learn how to manage our emotion, this is not difficult especially if we have any experiences in trading. but yes, for new people, this is difficult and they need to always patient and stay calm when they see something is not right that will happen in the market. No matter how we tell people not to panic we can't blame them for doing so because they invested without the knowledge of this kind of market. Most of them are newbies who did not make research and just jump into being trader. What we need to tell people is do their research first before they start trading or investing so that we can avoid this kind of scenario that adds up for the crypto to go down.

I can tell from my own experience that, newbies make a lot of mistakes and then learn to deal with the situation at the expense of loss of time and capital. I have lost my entire capital multiple times in my initial days of trading when I used to trade based on others opinion and in most of the cases it was wrong.  Later when I started relying on my own experience and research, I have noticed a significant improvement in my trading and investing decisions. Thus I believe that we should have faith in our research irrespective of the market conditions.

Start trading with less valuable coins like Altcoin or Litecoin which are favorable for short term and you will get less profits per trading process of which the continue trading many times will collect a lot of profit.
