someone changed my adreess from KFfqbr9MBNgBWPgENCCG3M56LjEYwzsHRw to KScSEy2ok7qyDm5XgsSmFevhXqAba4kDT5 on moonishere.com and took my coins , so everybody should check their account and make sure its your adresse , well I am now switching to another pool

i wonder how that happened.. secure password etc?
yeah, just checked my remaining balance and adres and everything is still unchanged...
Maybe you are using the same password al the time and you're account has being hacked on another pool or something...

I was on nyan.steadymining.com and I used diffrent password, user name and pin number then I moved to moonishere

Please make sure you are not using the same password ANYWHERE ELSE! I'll check if i can find anything releated to it. Thank you for reporting it.

from chain explorer:
http://nyancha.in/address/KScSEy2ok7qyDm5XgsSmFevhXqAba4kDT5
from the amounts, it looks like he got someone.

edit: made a warning on my pools site.

EDIT2: I Searched all accounts for address: KScSEy2ok7qyDm5XgsSmFevhXqAba4kDT5 And found 2 accounts with it. I will remove it for security reasons.

he took 2014-01-28 17:27:55    19.21930433 Nyan  not much since I mine with 135Khs ,but it`s ok , thanks for checking

sent you 50 NYAN's Smiley

thank you very much  Smiley

I've been trying to message the people that posted on the first page - if they mentioned the other coin or talked about trojan that wasn't there.  Maybe they will be receptive to deleting their posts.

I've already talked to one pool operator that was hesitant to open a pool because of that "Trojan" post in big red letters on the first page.

Even the people that quoted that post - they should remove the quote.

Emphasize the virus total scan link for the wallet. Bold it out so everyone see's it. Make it in  big red bold like the trojan alert is. =)

Searching on this site for newbies sucks ... "wait 90 sec before you search" ...

I was looking for reputable exchanges that NYAN are traded on?

Cheers and thanks!

Weird ... cause when I put the NyanCoin.zip that I just downloaded from NyanCoin.org VirusTotal said there is a Trojan:
https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/a601758203c328d58236cef4f4f64ac3a78e4a7ea02318db659235d5e4c1d87b/analysis/1390945570/

Not sure if I want to deal with the potential false positive being a true positive.
Is the VirusTotal page saying 45 tests came back fine and 1 from TrendMIcro set some alert off?

Why would Trend Micro's section of VirusTotal.com be wrong in this case?

Thanks for your insight!

They need to change out or disable their SSL cert =p

They actually changed to:

Freshmarket.co.in.

That's why the SSL cert is incorrect. You should use that address instead.

r9 290 is good to mine any coins, not only nyancoins. We've built up a rig using 11 x R9 290 and everything is working perfectly (mining nyancoins with it atm as nyancoins are the best!)

Really depends on what price you get it for. The best option is to calculate total rig costs and balance it out so that the $/kh/s is lowest.

That being said. The R9 290 is a powerful gpu that has other functionality. Buying one of the top tier cards probably going to preserve your resale value a bit longer than one about to be cycled out.

There is no one "the" card. I use 7970s myself. It's really what you can get your hands on at a decent price Smiley Good luck!

Card GV-R799D5-6GD-B really runs at 1250khash/s (1.25mhash/s .-. )Huh?
