This update hardens PBaaS consensus validation, eliminates DoS vectors and all issues discovered in numerous full-pass audits, and resolves concurrency and memory-safety issues across daemon networking, wallet, mempool, and RPC layers.
It also brings notable performance and compatibility improvements, enabling optimized VerusHash on older CPU architectures, speeding up wallet rescans, and improving getchaintips performance.
