Sent you 2 icoins.

Remember to check the getting started section.

still nothing, it stuck at 3100 and aint moving forward.

Did you do the following??

To get on right block chain (current block 5179) please follow these steps:

1. Add node to icoin.conf

Quote
addnode=162.243.22.117
addnode=seed.icoin.pw
addnode=68.0.250.177:9889
addnode=95.21.29.79:9889
addnode=207.138.200.76:9889
addnode=84.98.195.43:9889
addnode=77.172.93.38:9889

2. Delete everything in %appdata%/icoin except wallet.dat and icoin.conf

3. Download this block chain database https://mega.co.nz/#!VotmFbhZ!TICrbzUlmRivS4EkfSM1vzDidUs5VcCTj7e1dEM2jSI and copy to %appdata%/icoin/

4. Start icoin wallet you will get correct blockchain and peers.

I will NEVER use http://www.miningpool.co . Started off good but then 50% went orphaned and then all of a sudden it just stops for 1,5 hours before everybody is kicked out. Worst. Pool. Ever.

Pretty much sums up my entire experience so far. Maybe me and my 25khash/s are bad luck. Seems that every icoin pool i join dies...I was on ic.mepool for the premine, and its dead. I still have 5 coins pending there.

Chill out  - have been trying to solve the problem since the retarget.

I am quite sure either this coin has problems or the pool is getting attacked.

I have run pools for over 30 coins and never seen these problems before.

I have now changed the port to 3391 which seems to be working now - but still seeing orphans.

rpcport=9888
rpcallowip=127.0.01

Is that ip good ? i can't solo mine !!!

127.0.0.1

yeah that i was thinking ip is wrong on OP, but it doesn't work with the right ip too. I'm doomed.

I had to make a start.bat file with

icoin-qt.exe -server

that started the wallet in server mode.
Then connected to it with my miner
minerd.exe --algo scrypt  -o 127.0.0.1:9888 -u username -p password

maybe switch "127.0.0.1" to "localhost" or use cmd -> typ "ipconfig" and change 127.0.0.1 to your local IP

EDIT:
if you use "GUIMiner-scypt alpha" disable stratum !!!

Lesson to be learned...

Don't launch without at least 3 reliable (non p2p) pools backing you up.

Seems the pool is running normally again, only a couple of orphans amongst the found blocks now.
