First, the chinese government doesn't like anything it can't control. Just like all left wing entities. Second, if china does ban ICOs, some money will flow into non-ICO coins, like DGB, but the prices of ICO coins might skyrocket.

Simply because BTC is correcting from its recent high. The value of the satoshi in $$ falls for all altcoins, and as a result people sell with the view to buy back in cheaper later.
