Off-topic but interesting read: Still ' Ultrasurf.us ' can circumvent any firewall for surfing needs. Just a matter of time for the chinese miners to create such a proxy/tunneling tool, for mining. The code of Ultrasurf is obfuscated but worked with Internet Explorer a couple of years ago. I don't know if the project still exists.. If you'd point 'iexplore.exe' to your miner process, using a Symbolic Link for Windows, it would already be chinese newyear for them.. Boooing.. Yes, you can throw popcorn at me..

Great to see, that the coin is continuously improving. I did not know, that Segwit has also been added to DigiByte.
I just saw the brief explanation at the homepage of Digi-ID and DiguSign, which also have apps in the appstore now: "DiguSign DiguSign it in the blockchain? Several engagements are now underway to begin securing documents in the DigiByte blockchain. More news coming soon.
Digi-ID Leveraging the DigiByte global blockchain public key infrastructure for identity & authentication applications."
Could someone explan what the idea behind DiguSign is? How can documents be secured in the blockchain? Can they also be read out from the blockchain (wouldn't this be dangerous)?
Looking forward to the further developments, kind regards, Halcyon D.

Through it's hashing functions! Of course! It's very secure! Read something about hashing & encryption on Wikipedia. Cheers. google non-repudiation hashing and all that stuff, feed it to upper memory block whilst having a drink on DGB. that's interesting technology

From DGB Alerts channel at Telegram;
DigiByte Alerts: To clarify with the community at this point we have not received any official confirmation of an October 2nd event for Citi Bank awards, nor can we find any public material released by Citi about the event. They have not publicly announced any event, so please do not spread unsubstantiated news. We don't speak on behalf of Citi, nor do we control their awards or Tech 4 Integrity challenge process.
We know many people are excited about the potential of an award, and there still might indeed be one in the future, but we do not want to mislead anyone. We have many innovative projects underway and we will continue working hard like we have over the past 4 years, evolving our technology towards greater blockchain mass adoption.
DigiByte is currently the fastest, most secure and decentralized UTXO blockchain in the world today. Let us keep building upon that and educating people on the potential this technology has to improve all aspects of our everyday lives.
We are looking forward to showing the world an updated public face and vision for the DigiByte blockchain through our new website on October 1st!

I think you did not read my post about sharing of a telegram post from Digibyte Alerts. Digibyte officially announced that there is no any announced event by Citi Bank. It means there wont be October 2nd event for Citi Bank awards. No, i copy what Digibyte alerts has send: They (Citi)have not publicy announced any event. So it does NOT say the winner will not be announced the 2nd. But do not forget Laura Gaviria has twittert that it will be on the second. So you are NOT right.

Digibyte is really one of the best cryptos on the market. But the problem is the bad marketing from the team. Some shitcoins prices are growing up and digibyte is still between 0.013-0.017 and not moving forward.

Those who bought before the all time high price and did not sell will have their chance in the future, I'm also waiting for a nice rise before thinking about selling.

I bought DGB with price 640 sat. Price is down more then 50% now. No doubts, I will hold this coin. It does not make sense to sell DGB now. But when we will hear some positive news?

I see the market at boiling point being so much time at suppressed under heavy pressure of accumulation. I was expecting huge increase in last move of market but that was immature run. DGB is in the position where it can go just up but hard to say when exactly this will happen.

Here are some of the questions proposed for the AMA:
/u/Schoff: Many folks comment on how the GitHub hasn't seen an update in many months. Can you help people understand why the DGB Blockchain doesn't get updated as frequently as its counterparts? There were many posts/polls regarding what location the DGB Foundation should be established. Has this been decided and do you have an estimate on when the foundation will be operational? I know many folks are interested in a Hardware Wallet such as Tezor or Ledger. Do you know of any developments that will introduce a DGB compatible hardware wallet? Seeing as DiguSign is coming along very nicely (it looks great!), when do you expect to see more information about implementing Smart Contracts on the DGB Blockchain?
/u/Chilling_Silence: What are the chances of us being able to get some more of the YouTube Roundtable events like you used to do every other week? How do you see things like BlockNet and atomic swaps affecting the future of both DigiByte and crypto in general? Have you thought of workflow management / tracking software for the Blockchain that could be done using DigiByte? If there's one "benefit" that Litecoin has that DigiByte does not, it's less supply. DigiByte basically beats it hands down in every single way otherwise. If you were to speculate on the value of Litecoin, why would you opine it is worth what it is now?
/u/SickNoise: What are the plans for AI on the blockchain, and is this something you are already working on? How many devs are currently working on the dgb blockchain? What exactly does it mean to be the fastest "UTXO" blockchain? How is DGB going to keep up with projects like Bitshares, Steemit and others that can already handle a few thousand transactions per second? Is the DGB browser still a thing, and can you give any more info on it? Why is there seemingly no active community manager on social media? Will the DigiByte Foundation help this "visibility" issue?
/u/Sinone: What makes DigiByte stand out from other competitors and could you sum up with your expertise to the primary points of DigiByteCoin? At DigiByte they seek to hire those with a strong understanding of the computer, IT, and electronics industry. Walk me through your background & highlight relevant experience? At DigiByte we are always looking for new ways of improving blockchain technology and services. Do you have any suggestions that will lead potential investors to join DigiByte blockchain technology? What qualities do you think are the most valuable for leader(s) of the DigiByte team to posses?
/u/inrajakha: Are we still among finalists at Citi Global awards on Oct 2nd?
/u/agrtyr: In DiguSign app you accept payment by Credit Card only but DGB is a currency too! Why we don't have the possibility to pay with DGB? What exactly is the purpose of the DGB address in DiguSign app account? You have said previously this address it's not a wallet.
/u/gyverchang: Many DigiByte holders/supporters/investors believe that one of DigiByte's biggest differentiating points is that there is a focus on gaming here, hence, the DigiByte Gaming Hub. Is there still a focus on penetrating the gaming scene with DigiByte Gaming Hub and DigiByte Gaming Wallet? If yes, is it possible to have a roadmap on that? Are there any updates on when DigiByte Gaming Hub will be back?
