Many ICOs have realized that Bounty hunters always sell their coins immediately they give it out to their wallets especially when they are on exchanges. What are the reasons why they sell it out and what should bounty hunters do when they are given the tokens.

There could be several reasons for this: people want an instant reward and they transfer their coins into fiat money; or they exchange the received tokens into a preferred coins like BTC, ETH, etc.

Doesn't surprises me much. In many cases, the bounty rewards are delayed by months. The participants may get their tokens many months after the bounty program actually ends. And if the participant is short of funds, then he will not think twice before off-loading the entire bounty reward in some exchange.

That's a great idea but why don't they wait for the coin to be listed on many exchange markets or better still or the prices to go up so they can sell and make profit from that.

I think sometimes this depends on the type of token you are dealing in. There are some coins which are shit coins and if you don't sell it earlier the price will go down or the coin will loose its value.

Yeah, you're right. Most bounty hunters sell their coins immediately they get listed on exchange. Also, they realise the kind of tokens they get; no one knows the future of those coins. One of those reasons is the fact that most of those coins are always delayed, so they'll think they've waisted enough time already. I do the same too.

To me, the reason for them selling immediately they receive reward might be due to the kind of project they are into or how long it took them to get the reward thereby loosing trust in such project as the price might fall and they do no want to run at loss. Some even sell and invest in coin that are stable and has better potentials than the initial. Some other sell because they need the cash at that particular time and have no other option than to sell.

Many people with different opinions. People have different reasons why they sell immediately. It can be because they are in need of the money or may sell them in exchange of different coin or maybe the price is favourable in exchange. Different people with different thoughts.

I do not understand this either, because in this way they lose very much in the future, I think that the project should definitely remain for about 6 months, so that the developers begin their work process.

Bounty hunters do not care about the purpose of a coin created,,, they just know about make money. So the opportunity is immediately used,,, no matter what price token that goes into their wallet. They should be more patient waiting until the price of coins in accordance with the ICO. So it will not make the price of coins fall.

It depands on the the project. If it is scam the price will go down after listing on the exchange and holders will lose more their profit.

Frankly speaking we should not be selling the bounty token immediately as it affects the market in negative ways. There is no option however as veery bounty participant think that other people will dump the coin and thus prices might just drop heavily. So they better choose to sell immediately get the prices at the time of exchanger listing. Also if you observe then you will notice at the time of exchanger listing the prices are always higher than the normal timing so thats another reason why people choose to sell the coins.

I don't do it, I actually just do bounties of projects in which I believe, that has future potential, I read whitepapers, I partecipate in Bitcointalk and Telegram discussions, I try to suggest improvements and then I HODL because bounties are early things and projects still have to show their cards in crypto play. Sometimes I get dumped but many times, sooner or later, tech and good features prevail and my bounty coins pump really much. Then... I continue hodling. We are still in early days. Greediness is bad if we want crypto takeover real world.

I think not all bounty hunters will do that, those who sell immediately may have some reason like bothering money or results in being able to want to re-invest in ICO

After a bounty token distribution you will always find a dump in token price this is all because of bounty participants dumping their tokens. Once i got 100 usd worth of SHG tokens and i thought to keep it for some time and it went to 0.0001 usd from 0.1 usd and i regret it.

Many ICOs have realized that Bounty hunters always sell their coins immediately they give it out to their wallets especially when they are on exchanges. What are the reasons why they sell it out and what should bounty hunters do when they are given the tokens.
It really depends on the bounty hunter. As we all know that most of the bounty campaigns will pay their bounty hunters when its ICO is done or their project is being launched so some of the bounty hunters are waiting a lot of time for them to get a price for the effort they've made and then convert it to BTC or Eth before anything else might happen to the token or altcoin that they have. There are some altcoins that experienced dumpings after their ICOs and because of this, most of the bounty hunters tried to evade that kind of scenario where in the token that they are holding will have no value at all. The main reason why bounty hunters are participating in such campaigns is for profit or earnings from the tokens they received not for the main purpose of getting a hold of the coin that they are promoting. I don't do it, I actually just do bounties of projects in which I believe, that has future potential, I read whitepapers, I partecipate in Bitcointalk and Telegram discussions, I try to suggest improvements and then I HODL because bounties are early things and projects still have to show their cards in crypto play. People will always hold onto a coin if they do believe in the technology that it offers but as we all know that it needs time and community support and adaption is needed for a particular project to increase its value in the market. Even if the words or promises written in the white paper is so promising there are still cases that people won't be able to adapt to it or even use it in real life.

Most bounty hunters sell their rewards immediately to buy other good coins or tokens which are more profitable. ICO tokens usually crashes within three to four weeks after exchange listing. When that happens, recovery for these tokens would take a lifetime (I'm talking in general). And a lot of participants are quite impatient so they would sell right away.
