some people say that it is because bounty hunters are hungry but i say 'who is not hungry'. bounty hunters take decisions according to their discretion though many of the bounty hunters do not understand cryptocurrency price trends so they tend to sell fast thus it largely affects the price of tokens in a bad way... but investors understand better so they hodl
quite reasonable, but as far as I know, there are actually many bounty hunters who hold their tokens after getting them, but their economic circumstances make them have to sell them quickly

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Most investors are trying to put their money to work and earn profit.
Bounty hunters are not investing money, but investing their time and skills.
Bounty hunters are workers, not investors. The token they receive are their pay check and many of them want to cash it for money, not to hold it.

Many ICOs have realized that Bounty hunters always sell their coins immediately they give it out to their wallets especially when they are on exchanges. What are the reasons why they sell it out and what should bounty hunters do when they are given the tokens.

Actually it depends on the person if he is really good on looking at the coin like you are always reading the platform before selling and in this way you can determine if the coin is really good for long term investment or not.

Cause in my opinion hunters are not very rich people and they needs money in real life so they sell as soon as possible to take some money without the risk of -80% ICO. In their main is better less and now than maybe more and later.
Rich people do not do bounties.

Maybe they want to get the money quickly and do not care about the project at all. Or they do care about the project they are doing the bounty for, but are in need of cash. There is no ONE reason for this behaviour. I would not participate in a bounty, where i do not believe in the coin i am advertising. But that's just my opinion.

This is one of the reasons some tokens are locked for a month or more. I do not also blame the bounty hunters, some are broke. What do you expect of a broke man who needs money to cater for his needs and he receives a listed token? But, truthfully speaking, hodl is the key.

Because not every hunter is interested  in the ico and it's product... They're simply just after the money... so of course not everyone will hlld
Exactly. The absence of money can make bounty hunters sell their token right away after the token hit the exchange but that scenario would happen only at the front end of the bounty hunter's career. The moment bounty hunter's realised the value of the project and he already had that extra money i think he would not sell his token right away.

That's because they want to immediately enjoy the results of what they did for months. If there are already exchangers who register the coin, then no wonder they immediately sell their coin. Or it could be those who are in need of money as soon as possible. So inevitably, they are forced to sell their coins now.

I have some reasons for your question. I have worked hard for the bounty and I would like to get the reward in my hands. Second reason, I want to buy my favourite coin or token instead of the prize token or coin.

Becuase the value of the tokens are going to fall once these investors are dumping big supply of the tokens to these exchanges, thats why these bounty hunters are dumping too so that they can buyback from the bottom when the value of token were dumped, its a win win situation for the bounty hunters morelikely a strategy.

You may have a point but for most investor's they hold that particular coin because they believe in that project that's the reason they spent money to invest on it. The value of token usually drops the moment it hit exchange because of bounty hunters dumping their token and it would recover after some time that is what i have observed.

Because they think the value of the tokens that they received will immediately decrease actually I experienced that scenario before just only dour days it decrease it to 50 percent so that was a lesson for me.

Hunters have difference reasons, but for me its a good strategy for these tokens  because investors are normally dumping huge supply which is why the value is being dumped too if you are a smart person you will dump it too then you can buyback it from the bottom.

Most bounty hunters dontcare about  the value of the coins they get afterwards, all they see is money, and the rewards, ., Theytherefore opt to sell off as soon as they get the rewards without thinking of the long term capabilities of the coin, uts advisable to hold a little longer , at least till the ICO, selling cheaply doesnt make things better, the token you just sold at cents might just gain significant value overtime ad become worth alot

There are different reasons why bounty hunters sell their received rewards immediately, one of the reasons I think is because some of them need quick money, while some just exchange it for more stable coins like NEK
O, EOS, ETH etc and other reason is that they get it for free and they are ready to dump it even below ICO price which investors that get these coins with their hard earned money will never do but hold

probably because they only focus on one coin. they sell tokens from bounty rewards to be ETH or BTC balances. or even they just want to earn money quickly without having to save a bounty reward.

because very often after the project goes to the exchange there is a strong drop in the price of the token, hence many sell as early as possible

Probably, that's because they are having the thoughts of losing profit if they would hold onto their bounty tokens because it usually happen that upon being listed, the market value of a certain coin would drastically fall. And some of those are not able to recover from being downed which results into less profit. So we can't really blame them.
