Technically all you have to is to start the boss battle with one click and then wait, there is not that much needed from you.

In any case, the time of the game is announced in advance. You decide how to set your own priorities: work or play.
To be honest, I usually choose the second option. Even if I'm  working, it does not distract me.

I believe not, 100% is percentage value - if the item adds %, than it won`t be able to exceed 100%.
