bit tech did u say u give 2 months of warranty ? really . my  machine  only work for 10 days  and u  never  give me my money back or the parts is burn   u offer me   the part and keep me   waiting for the part and never arrive . I send you  emails for more then a month   and you say u looking for the part (power board and  power supply burn)  i write  good review for u on my 5 day with the machine   i deleted that review 31 days later because u never  give me  what u agree  with me  (you going to send me the powerboard and  pay  for the new  power supply )  at the end he say he is no going to do neither of that because thing change   i only use my miner for 10 days.  i buy on aliexpress the power board   and i buy on tiger direct the  powersupply.   i stop mining  for 2 months and 1 week  because 40 days to find  he was a scam and the shipment of aliexpress take 30 days  to arrive  . I DONT RECOMENT THIS SELLER  AND   THAT 2 MONTH WARANTY IS A LIE  . I WISH I NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER. any question  u can  write me to jacrespo2 at aol   

Where have you bought your power board ?? / controller board ?? Same thing happened to me i bought 2 miners, and one of them stopped working, PSU has blown and also damaged the controller/power board and RPI , i have contacted bit tech several times, i made a video explaining everything, time passes by and nothing is solved and miner is stopped

I have my miner stopped for 2 weeks

So for now i have 1 PSU damaged, 1 RPI damaged, 1 controller board damaged... i already replaced the PSU and the RPI but i dont know where to buy the controller board, Bit tech keeps ignoring me on skype and when i ask them for the controller board they never give me my tracking number

Can anyone point me where to buy one ?? Or can Bit tech read this and send me my tracking number of my controller board?? ??

Their support for now is really bad, not to mention warranty, they say here warranty for 2 months but be carefull, when you need something from them things can go really slow and maybe never happen

I have bad experience with this seller too.  Promised to ship out the next day, but took ten days to ship out and did not compensate.  Buy from Mr. Lee is the best.  He has integrity and honesty.  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

If you want to buy they will answer you fast and furious, but in terms of support and warranty they will only answer when they want if they want


For now with my experience with them:

PSU burned have to buy another one:   250usd
(It´s a 1100W chinese PSU it works on it´s limits, be careful)

RPI burned have to buy another one: 40 usd
(The card on RPI is a clone from Toshiba class 4 not class 10 be aware it gets corrupted easily)

Controller board i contacted lightning asic and they will sell me one for 150usd, already bought it and waiting for delivery: 150 usd

Total lost: 440 usd + 2 weeks without working miner

I´ve contacted them several times on skype, they didnt bother even to download a movie i make, i have to upload it to youtube in order them to see it, they claimed every time the problem was in configuration and its easy to see on video the problem was hardware not configuration, they only answered me in 2 days interval so 2 weeks pass by easily, i´ve lost a lot of money not to mention BTC also many stress and hours trying to contact them in order to solve my problem

Coffecoins is not from bit-tech ... it´s another supplier i added long time but not from this company.. maybe today he is from bit-tech, anyway in china market its easy to be resseler from the company you want... same thing with warranty, they say 2 months but you never get it

What you are refering is when you bought Avalon , we promised to replace controll board but then i sent you a follow up to replace you in money instead of controllerboard and psu since we dont have anymore avalon gen2 in stock. I sent you an email as follow up requesting your btc adress to repay you, im still waiting for that email.

You are lucky if they arrive working  if not be aware... maybe you won´t have warranty
