We have checked the logs and indeed you have sold some USDE at 13 satoshis each.
Multiple buyers got your coins, user ids: 369, 295 and 368, at 03:38 GMT+2
Its easy to throw accusations at a new exchange but we believe that this event was not caused by a bug in our frontend.

We have taken additional measures to counter any future javascript caching issues on the browser side.
If you are in doubt, hit Ctrl+F5 or Ctrl+R while on the page. That forces a cache refresh. Some of the UI code was cached previously.

www.CoinMarket.io

You just pointed out the bug yourself. There were no bids at exactly 13 satoshi much less a 100k buy wall there, instead it should have sold at the respective buy walls on the way down which it didnt since you just confirmed 100% of the 100k went through at 13 satoshi. At any of the other properly working exchanges, my order would have been sold at the respective buy offers on the way down and not all at 13 satoshi, that would have yielded me much more than just .013 btc for my 100k.

We have found and fixed the possible scenario. Do you want a partial refund? Inherently that was your mistake.
Browser-side checks for off-range prices are now implemented, as well as the trading engine update.

I haven't received the partial refund, please let me know when it will get processed, thanks!

For security considerations, we would rather not touch the database right now, and thus are unable to "increase your balance".
Please PM us a BTC address and we will send some coins your way from another wallet. A little busy on urgent improvements at the moment and one of the devs is out for breakfast Smiley

Honestly, I'm not too happy about USDe going onto a NEW exchange.... or the fact that it's on the exchange this early... I prefer it be on the exchange maybe next week or month... I'd rather USDe just be promoted like crazy so more people can come... Like how Ripplecoin made headlines because it was being backed by a large corporation... It made all the stupid people buy into it. This chick at my college saw me checking out my BTC in the library and bitch told me to invest into XRP, I asked why, she said because it's going to be the next "big thing" and how it was being backed by Google. She knows nothing of the cryptocurrency world nor the behind the scenes of XRP...

Good job guys, difficulty has been increasing a lot since some promotions started. I'm sure that you notice my promotion on the main page. The request for cryptsy has increase by 200%

If you feel free to give some more coins to continue promotion it then

Wallet: GQ5mTu6H57kBFJBvomwQMrApgnJvHmN7Z8

Target is to get the next difficulty to 4 and to increase it step by step. Development team is putting great work in this coin... I hope that we have some positive news to hit a real exchange soon....
