also, we have some bitcoin extra now, so if there is a sudden expense in the future for UTC, we can take care of it immediately.

so when you see a new coin with this in the announcement "ABSOLUTELY NO PREMINE!!!"    , also realise they dont have a single cent when something goes wrong.

and sometimes they just put a gpu farm on their own coin right after they launch......(i have 1x msi r7950 and ziggy has 2 gpus or something)

I have nothing against what you do. It just that using PoS word for sold premine isnt exactly correct. Its still simple PoW coin. There is no direct interest payd from stake. Just a pure speculation that coin demand will be big enough to overcome supply and coin will be worth more than initial invested capital. Thats not PoS concept, thats lottery.

@keepwalking1234;  pretty obvious.  Wouldn't want 533 people all having the same chance of  a coin reward now would we?
Better, to have 10 or so coin holders to know for sure who gets the coins.

Then each holder (10) divide's coins among 10 wallets each; tag all the stakeholder coins as anonymous on the website and it would appear that there's 100 different holders.
I assume we will see something like this for the initial purchasers.  Gives comfort to those unaware, while maintaining control of reward.

when a sentance starts with IF, that means that whatever i said is about that specific scenario. my real priority means, for this stage in our plan.i dont take accepting BTC lightly, so our concern at this point is making sure, stakeholders make a profit,since we are directly responsible for them...

when  a person buys UTC at a certain point and sells at another point, i am not directly responsible for their gain or loss.A smart trader will come out of a chrash un scaved,while a panic seller makes loss.


UTC will be a great succes but i wont make you a better trader, even bitcoin cant do that for you.

to be more exact, ultracoin is a hybrid proof-of-work/proof-of-stake coin, whereby active nodes are involved in the mining of blocks if they hold utc.
this will give a strong incentive to a. hold coins and b. be an active node (e.g. have wallet open/running) on the network.

this means that, under certain circumstances, you may accrue 20% proof-of-stake interest per year on the coins you own.
