that could probably an issue with your browser, i am using Google Chrome and the pop up shows right in the center of my screen so i don't have any problem on checking the boxes and clicking the accept button

Be careful when you google for bitmixer. There's a scam page advertising with google adsense since 20 nov 2016.
The correct domain is bitmixer.IO not bitmixer .IN.

The first result is google ads result:

If possible report to google ads.

The default fee for Bitmixer are 0.5% service fee + 0.0005 BTC for each forward address you put into your order.
The service fee are adjustable by you with the minimum of 0.5% and 3.5% as the maximum.

Let's say you have deposited 25 dollars worth of bitcoin which is 0.033 as the time of this post.
With the minimum service fee of 0.5% and one forward address, Bitmixer will take around 0.000665 BTC as a fee Smiley

Don't forget to download the Letter of Guarantee after creating an order at Bitmixer Wink

Yes you can trust bitmixer.io for mixing.

Step 1: Click on add forward address (this should be your bitcoin address where you like to receive mixed bitcoin).

Step 2: set service fee you can set fee as low as 0.50% and than click on mix my coins than one message pops up, mark both message and click accept.

Step 3: Now just click on Download Letter of Guarantee message on top and save it safely than send bitcoin to bitcoin address that is shown in the page and you can get mixed bitcoin after your deposit get network confirmation.

Hope this have helped you.

Bitcoin newbie here. Providing some feedback plus I have a question.

Just writing to say I  used bitmixer.io for the first time today. All 3 of my transactions went through, although the last one gave me a bit of a heart attack as it took 9 hours to clear. However, the problem was on my sending end, not at bitmixer's end. (Apparently I didn't set fees high enough and for some reason the transfer was more bytes than normal so low priority I guess.) Once the transaction to bitmixer is confirmed, bitmixer sends BTC back within minutes. If you send more than you said you would, you get the full amount, less fees of course.

I saved the letters of guarantee each time after reading through this thread, checked the addresses and verified all the signatures. All good.

Please could someone explain to me how increasing the number of forwarding addresses works? If I add two addresses does that mean that the transaction is split into two and sent to both of my addresses simultaneously or what?

many thanks

If you set more than one forward address your mixed coin will be split and will be send into your forward addresses with a percentage of distribution ( can be set by the user )

For example :
You have send $100 into Bitmixer generated address with two forward addresses and 50-50 distribution.
This mean that Bitmixer system will mix and send $50 into your first forward address and $50 for the second one.

Another example, If you have set 40-60 distribution, then Bitmixer will send $40 and $60 into your first and second forward addresses.

Bitmixer will process your order once the transaction has one confirmation, and yes both will be send simultaneously (Unless you have set a certain time delay on your order)

decided to use this site because I saw it on a top5 "BTC services" blog. Without probably thinking enough I put through a double digit number of coins

then I googled and saw all of the Scam headings etc, started getting worried that I had been scammed, or that the site was fake (think there is a btcmixer that is fake)

first transaction came through bang on time, waiting on more will update when they do too.

Was worrying to see all the negative links, stories etc. So even tho I am a complete newbie on this site, just wanted to write and say it worked for me.

Just used this mixer for the first time in a while. I really liked this service but little note for bitmixer.io , I think you should work on your website design and make it a bit more modern. I know you'r probably not even thinking about it but It would enchase user experience a bit

Anyone that is considering to use the services of bitmixer should be aware that they are employing the services of an extortionist to run their signature campaign.

If they are willing to employ an extortionist to run their signature campaign, then who knows what kind of people they are willing to run for other parts of their business, and who knows what this kind of person might do with sensitive information about your mixing transactions.

~snip~
Very classic, bravo. are you telling me that they are giving the signature manager access to non existent information which is the mixing information of clients? or you just ought to destroy their reputation and business?
Did the manager physically harm anyone involved in Bitmixer.io signature campaign?
Are you aware of the fact that everything is handled automatically and manager just supervises the contents of posts submitted by forum members and doesn't have any access to anything happening between users and the service? they never keep any record of transactions anyways for anyone to have access.

Please be logical, don't let anger and revenge cloud your judgment, have the courtesy and act like an adult.

Keep trying.  You might want to try PM'ing them from this forum as well.  Be polite and explain the problem as best you can.

The only issue (years ago) I ever had was resolved just fine, after some give-and-take with them.

[I am not associated with them, they have given me great service though]
