Very nice touch to add a PCIe connector to each of the boards in addition to the screw terminals.

Very nice touch to add a PCIe connector to each of the boards in addition to the screw terminals.

SO what's that mean for wiring requirements? 2x6pin pcie from a PSU? What else will I need?

Thanks

Ethernet cable and computer for setup, 15 minutes of your time, and a rum and coke.

Rum & Coke sounds like a good idea, but I am still wondering what leads I need from my PSU? Was I correct in guessing just 2 x 6-pin PCI-E connectors is all that is needed?

I've got a corsair 800 that's running a cube on high clock by itself:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139047

do you think it will have enough left to power an antminer.

Thanks

@BITMAIN

You guys should do / learn / improve you communication.

Doing sales is not just posting something and taking orders and after a order never reply to you're customers !!!!!

I send mails to both info and webmaster (YOU READ THEM BECAUSE I SEND YOU THE INFO THAT YOU HAD A TYPE ON THE WEBSITE AND YOU CORRECTED IT !!)
PM's on bitcointalk and forum posts for a week now

I got several PM's from other users with the same problem. You're after sales sucks.... What..... it's almost not there !

Do something about it, or you can joint the line in de shitty  miner suppliers list.

Got more then 20 antminers and i don't know yet if this will quantity of ant will grow in the futhure (well at leas one because i'm also still waiting for a coupon that i have to use up)

And where is my coupon !?

Ooohhh fuc.... wait. I know, you will give it when the ants will be sold out ofcourse !!!
Please wait ......

They are sold out, so crappy cus support can send them now...

Edit update: 1 hour later. Again some must have read it without an answer because Bimg bang bong, the aren't sold out anymore...

Is it that hard to answer something while people are still asking nicely !!!?

Edit update 2: just above 1 hour later..

Thanks Bitmain for finnaly an answer. Appologies excepted but lets be fair, 1 week to reply to sevral messages does not get coverd completely with an excus.

You should do something about cus. support, because the product is good. That final touch will make it perfect.

Bitmain i would appreciate my 33btc refund for USB sticks before you continuing taking peoples money.

order was canceled a week ago and returned

edit: sushi says he even asked you a few hours ago.

why is this taking so long? some communication would be nice

edit: I understand i tried to import 500 USB without a VAT number, one was never requested from you guys.
It took a week to get the tracking number from you only to find out it had been held for 1 week. I have asked for the order to be canceled, returned and refunded as i cannot produce a VAT number.

1 week later the packet is still in "preclearance and has not moved" I am still waiting for the refund with no communication, just like with the tracking number.

the only communication i get is from Sushi when i contact him. Today i ask for my refund once again. No info from sushi.
I tell him that i will go to bitmain directly and post publicaly regarding the matter.

I then pretty much get told that i better just shut up and be quiet and wait for my refund or i won't get it or i will just get 21btc(current USB value) instead of 33btc which was paid last Saturday.

yes this is the threat i got given this morning.

Hi elasticband,

we are not sure why the package is holding on UPS, maybe because you have no the VAT number... we are keeping in touch with UPS in your waiting time, our shipping colleagues are working hard  and no any confirmation we can get the package so far.
but in order to shorten waiting, we PMed you just now and promise the refund before we get the package.

thanks!

just a few of my experiences, it used to be you would get the miner first then the shipping info...then you would get an email with  tracking and unit would arrive like same day....I think that their increased business has now put a lag on that...to where now you pretty much get an email when the unit hits UPS....

anyone else care to opine here??

guys, guys....be patient, I think these guys got hit by a tsunami of orders....and from several past purchases, I know when they say that they will get it done, they will, it might take some time, but so far they have been on the up and up....so give them a break....
