How long will Bitmain be closed for the CNY

I hope to have funds ready by next week.................any ideas

Not sure but i think it starts 30jan and lasts for 15 days

But They promise that all the miners will be shipped before 25th this month

All these product will be shipped before Jan 25th, and this is our promise. Then, please don't forget that Bitmain pre-ships, which means lots of units will be shipped out on this Saturday.

So? They will ship all their orders by the 25th.
Unacceptable's question was how long will they be closed for.

CNY this year begins Jan 31st, ends Feb 14th or 15th. No packages move in or out of the country during this time.

I bought my 5th Ant Miner on 2014-01-22 00:41:24

Today got my shipping info 2014-01-23 12:56:47, although my tracking number has a typo I just wrote to Bitmain and I'm sure he will send me right one.

I got my 4th ant on the way (shipped last saturday but got held at customs for 3 days).

FACT-> Bitmain DELIVERS as promised. At least that has been my experience.

so what is the problem? It sounds like the antminer is powered on and you can access it...

Fill in 1 pool info, leave the other 2 pool info empty, save everything.
Fill in second pool info, leave the third pool info empty, save.
And finally fill in the last pool info.

It's sound weird to do it like this, but it works on some Antminers who can't save the pool info in 1 time.

Most of the people only use 1 pool, no failover, so they won't notice there is a small bug in the software of the Antminer.

your communication sucks. you cannot even give out a tracking number for a 2 day express box before it arrives or gets delayed!

You cannot even be honest with me! You tell me UPS tried to contact me, this was bull and you had the cheek to say i was being dishonest with you!!! Why tell me UPS tried to contact me when in fact they had not?

Why sushi always telling me this was getting dealt with, then when i speak to you i get different story......

I would no be surprised if the UPS told bitmain they would/did try to reach you. Ive had several experiences where they say they will call back within an hour and a day goes by without a call.

Bitmain just gave me 2 tracking numbers for packages that should deliver today. no word on the third tracking number, but i was told the package should be with the others (still waiting on the number though to make tracking/pickup easier). screaming for a refund is probably not a realistic request if the packages are already halfway to you, but you just dont have a tracking #

Yes it is to late to order more before Chinese New Year.
My first Antminer shipped at 15 januari and then I order more.
It take at least 2-3 day from the time you order till you get a tracking number.
Tomorrow is the last day they work.

If you scroll down to the end of the first tracking number, do you see something like this?

I agree UPS is terrible. I always call ahead and authorize them to leave stuff at my back door if I get a tracking number ahead of time unless it's valuable (which I usually just get sent to work anyway). I can't count the number of times I've found a door tag after having been home all day with no knock/ring, or I'll hear the screen door close if I'm near the door and I catch the guy walking away after putting the missed delivery tag up without even having knocked.

Yep, I ordered 22nd (Yesterday) still no word ... but several posts saying actual experience is a 2 day or more Order+Pay to Ship

My repetitiveness was a futile attempt to get Bitmain to respond while they were online and before the working day ended in China, obviously I failed as Bitmain went offline soon after contacting them.

it's about 12am in China now, i doubt they will respond to any of you expecting them to reply here in the next  6hours

you would need to order today i imagine. the 25th in china is basically friday night in north america
