My btc-e account has been banned/suspended for no reason.
I'm a long time member on btc-e and I have a high volume of trades.
I have done nothing wrong at all and all I get when I log in is:
"You has been banned. (IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)"
I have submitted a support ticket but after searching the forums it seems some people have been unable to access their accounts for weeks after this happens. I have a lot of money there and have done nothing to warrant this.
What should I do next?

I was just talking to them and they asked me to provide: btc-e id: btc-e.support: Pass: btc-e.support: Email: btc-e.support: Pass: btc-e.support: Depposit via ? Why do they need my btc-e password AND my email address password? and the email address they gave me to respond to was btc-e_support@hotmail.comI'm not giving them my passwords over skype, or at all.

And no, I didn't give them any passwords. That's just dumb.

I hope I can too. I wonder what the reason for the account suspension was... I was telling people in chat to avoid the scam sites, maybe I was banned along with the scammers.

At the moment none of them seems official one. You may test each if you really like and I appreciate the result
