If the hub sent as a gift, because of the customs? HUB is 100% compatible with RaspberryPi?

That is strange. The invoice is in a plastic sleeve on the side off the box. I have sent you a personal message with download links for the certificate of postage and the invoice. Please contact the post office and tell them that it has been lost in transit and you have a copy to give them. If you have anymore problems then let me know.
