So what can we reasonably expect to do here? The man behind the site is now found after no payments, but basically it just ends his scam and we all hold a bunch of stupidly purchased 'contracts.'

I'm still for collecting all his personal data into a fresh topic, in a clearly arranged
manner. I don't want to start it though, I think the honor belongs to puppet or
someone else of the early warners.

My guess is: he's  shitting his pants now and will try to buy himself a one-week-pause from the hunt by pushing payouts through and posting some bullshit about
technical delays.

Its not his chopper, dont be silly. He probably jumped out of it.

And dont be foolish to believe there is a way to repay everyone. Even if Jason didnt squander much of his loot on skydiving and vacations, fact is that early investors made a profit, and therefore newer one's can not be made whole unless you can claw back those profits (or you think Jason already was rich).

File a complaint with the local police or cyber fraud department, and if you have a big enough stake in this, get a lawyer or start pooling funds to get one.

Hmm yes, this is why these work. Nobody is really gonna feel burned enough to do that. Except that dude who had like a massive amount of GHS at the top.

I suppose it'll all boil down to whether or not someone (here?) can persuade the relevant Authorities to get involved by unequivocally identifying Jason as the 'Man in Charge' ?

So far I've seen a lot of circumstantial evidence but perhaps it might be enough to start an official investigation ?

It's easy by watching the global stats.
Anyway, here are the first clients in the list:

I think that with an average price of 0.003 BTC per GH/s, just by considering these first names, we are around 3000 BTC of value.
At the actual price, 3000 BTC correspond to over 1 million $.

there are references to people being pait in the past, even people reaching the point of ROI on a early bought contract. this does not mean they withdrew the BTC though.
