If I could just add a bit more depth to this issue. In the most simple terms. All the time most of us have been with PB mining, we been in a steep rising difficulty.
Until only recently when we have reached this Plato. What does this mean? It means that all this time we have been solving blocks faster than we than what is planned. , therefore payment to miners was higher.

Your earnings are dependent on difficulty, not the actual network hashrate.

It´s rather tiresome to try to converse with people that

only consider what fits their own pre-conceived notions.

Yep, if that were true all btc mining providers would be having the same issue wich they are not, already checked.

Its a bug because the values are proper there but have an extra decimal 0, either that or he is paying us for 10% of our hashpower, however lets hear the admin have its say.

Talk about hitting the nail right on the head.

Quote
Keep doing what you are doing and you will end up with a self fulfilling prophecy, roaming around forums and posting false acusations on a business will destroy its reputation and scare away customers, and this will ultimatelly kill the business, it dies and yes if it died it must be a scam... sheesh

HERE IS PB BEING A BABY THAT BLAMES EVERYBODY ELSE. YOU KILLED YOUR BUSINESS. IF IT WAS LEGITAMIT, EVEN IF EVERY CUSTOMER LEFT YOU COULD STILL MAKE EVERY PAYOUT. THE ONLY REASON YOU WOULD NEED NEW BLOOD IS TO MAKE PAYOUTS FOR GH YOU SOLD TO THE PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS. IS THAT WHAT YOU MEAN BY "DIES"? BLAME YOUR SELF.  EVER THINK TO YOURSELF "THIS IS MY FAULT. I CREATED THIS. I HAVE TO PAY THIS BACK." liars never do. they just point fingers- your a theif

to others: all acounts saying things are confusing or we dont know how they work are ridiculous. it is not complicated at all. these account are by jason

Ehh im not the pbmining guy, you can see my profile in btcjam if you want.

Besides we know who the guy is, i dont think someone that is so open about his ID and company details is that stupid to scam us.

If that is the case we can set up a wallet and get legal support, file a complaint with local authorities and file a complaint in the local canadian embassy, one complain wont do much but multiple complaints will ring up alarms in canada.

However i still think this is a bug, lets see what the guy has to say.

Some people made heavy investments here, and its normal that some people have lost their minds and are a bit agressive.

Cut them some slack.

Its 1:29 uk time, i say we wait 24 hours for action to be done by pbmining to repair or provide us with a proper explanation, if nothing happens we will return in 24 hours and plan what to do next - keep or save any info or data regarding the gentleman and his company for later use should the worst happen.

Thank you all for cooling down, we all have investments here some smaller, some bigger lets do this the right way.

All right.

You´re right, I was too harsh.

Mark did that stunt on the infancy of crypto, there was no legislation available at that time and fraud was not a crime on those days when it came to btc.

However if you read the news, many Mark's have been caught and sued because the legislation is keeping its pace with btc.

For this guy, we dont even need to take legal action, if we want to burn him if we (100 guys) file complaints in the canadian embassy they will be sent to canadian authorities and this will raise flags on the guy, i bet the irs and finances are going to investigate his bank accounts.

If we file fraud complaints in our local authorities these will also be drafted to canadian authorities, even if we get 0 btc back the guy will be burned there and will be investigated.

I have 36 000Gh/s total in Pbmining and I want that these profits will be paid every sunday in the future also.
If someone want a guy after him, I`ll be more than happy to solve these problems with him.

Besides we know who the guy is, i dont think someone that is so open about his ID and company details is that stupid to scam us.
You think he was open about who he was? He's lied about his name for a year and done everything he could to obfuscate the origins of the business. The only reason his name came out is that the business registration shows Jason Boyko registered the forerunner to PBMining as a sole proprietorship. The Jeremy Biggs alias was a fabrication.

How about this:

PBM 1000 = skimming

Genesis Mining 1000 = just because

AMHASH1 800 = that´s how it is

Hashie 750 = high electricity costs

GAW 700 = you dumbass don´t get it

The companies there disclose their mining fees when you sign up for the service. PBMining on the other hand has always maintained that they pay out exactly what a calculator says your hashing power should pay. While they deleted the references off their site and claim they changed it shortly after posting the formula in January, even up to the middle of August they were claiming that they take no cut and if there appeared to be a cut from the calculator estimations it was an error in your math.
Not true at all. If you compare our payouts from the last few weeks to calculator estimations, you will find that our pay every week is always less than estimations. A cut is taken there.

All estimated costs are worked into the purchase price.  If there appears to be a cut, then there was a problem with the observers math somewhere.   Smiley  Remember to factor in the fact that the payout is not always at the same time every week.  This will make it fluctuate between appearing inflated/deflated.

Saying we charge X per GH/s with a $Y/day/GH/s maintenance fee and then doing it = acceptable. Might not be a good investment, but there's nothing wrong with it.
Saying we charge A per GH/s with no fees, all electricity and pool fees are built into A and then claiming A-B=C is not acceptable.
