Now, say the owners of this fraudulent website were to actually use all of the earnings they currently get every day to pay back the full 100btc taken from them, it would take 6406.43 days to pay us back.

Clearly you are COMPLETELY insolvent. Sell part of the site online and make up for your BLATANT inability to pay us back.

i try to make some math:

if i see this link (https://c-cex.com/index.html?id=stat), in the last 24 hour on c-cex there is Total BTC: 16.97900997.

Fee i 0,2%. So, 16.97900997*0,2% = 0,03396btc

If the daily trade volume will stay the same (and we all hope that become bigger), we have: 124.9btc/0,03396=3680 days = 10 years.

How do you think that you can refund us in 3 months??

Yes - we had performance issue yesterday because of very much of new customers. But it was not during 2 days. We are ok from yesterday.

We had another hack attempt today. Hacker registered several accounts and start's playing with our C-CEX Codes. He used something like DDOS on it and tries to make double spend and send it to other his account. He was able to get some LTC for it. We detect it in time and stopped it. All accounts were verified and all fraudulent transactions were reversed. He did not do any harm to our customers. Our dev carefully revised C-CEX codes scripts and made all neccesary fixes and upgrades not to let it happen again.

Exchange operations was stopped for about 1 hour and we are fine now.
