I know but I thought I did a partial withdrawal too. I had a total of +320K USDE in my account. After the partial withdraw I'm left with 170K but there's not trace of the rest??! Does your system send an email after withdrawals and does it show in the account history? (I didn't get an email) Please verify and thanks for the quick reply. Edit: do you think it's a wallet problem then? I'll try resync this.

Yes, that works, have tried two transactions. The site owner might want to put a big message up stating the procedure. Everywhere else you expect the transaction fee to be automatically taken. In saying that, sorry for doubting the site. Thumbs up, and hope it grows. Okay, that seems to have done something - I deducted 0.0001 from the withdrawal - I'll see if it turns up at the other side. Thanks for your help Transaction initiated: 0820a4b591671a30f23c79cded6f76caeb2c909760e868c3152e5674d04cf355 Yes, the will implement that for sure, but right now I leave a few coins on the account and works ... Okay, so you're saying you have to deduct the transaction fee yourself, then enter whatever is left as your withdrawal? I'll try that. Sorry, Im trading there since day 1, I dont got many coins there, but withdrawl work like a charm. Did you forget the tx fee ? You need it on your account, so always count your withdrawl - the fee = max sum Just tried to use the exchange. I sent 500 USDe and sold for BTC. Tried to withdraw BTC and was unable to because of insufficient funds (I was 100 under 0.00079500 BTC). So sent 300 USDe to make it up. Sold for BTC. Again, account has insufficient funds (again I am 100 under but now 0.001215 is required).
So guess I just gave away 800 USDe.
Definitely not recommended, and I won't be sending more USDe to try to make up the necessary (ever-rising) minimum

If you guys are having troubles with USD-e withdrawals, make sure you've updated your wallet since the 27,000th block. Was about to post here I was missing some USD-e but updated and it works.
I updated yesterday, the old one won't show anything after 27000 and something. IMPORTANT

I would much prefer the transaction fee to be automatically taken. I had the same problem as you at first.

How to take a fee and refund the correct amount if needed. var AMOUNT = '+amount+'; var FEE = 0.9998; var toTake = AMOUNT * FEE; var toGive = toTake / FEE;
if(withdraw) take { toTake } if(cancel) give{ toGive }

170k USDE is in your CoinMarket account and 150k is in that transaction (that's in the blockchain). Totals 320k, so everything seems OK.
We have added the click-to-autofill maximum withdraw amount feature, that deducts the txfee automatically.
We are investigating other issues and will pause trading if we discover something related to the mysterious stuff.

Markets paused while we investigate a rare but serious bug. Deposits and withdrawals are working.

OK, but my wallet is up to date (27214 blocks) but there is still nothing to see of my withdrawal If the transaction is seen on the blockchain (and it is) then there is nothing we can do about and nothing wrong on our side. The coins belong to that address and are avalible for spending there, and we have no idea why your wallet does not show them. Did you update the wallet *version*?

Yes, that's correct. I'm getting another USDE Wallet...on Windows this time. Maybe the Mac wallet is buggy...

Tried out this exchange to day and so far no issues. Deposited some BTC, bought some DGB, withdrawn without any problems or hiccups. Really like the clean and tidy design, great performance, UI and behaviour of the front end. Can't wait to see more coins which interest me (like Particle) available in Coinmarket.io! Keep up the good work.
