I can't create an account on coinmarket.io

the website just turns white after i register

anyone know what this is?
You have made too many attempts to register/login and protection has kicked in. Close all browser windows and try again.

ok gonna try that, thanks

edit: nope, doesnt work. now its "Error: Error: ER_DUP_ENTRY: Duplicate entry '-mail-' for key 'email' " instead

what is this?

Hey I'm using firefox and when using "Amount to withdraw (click here to auto-fill maximum):" gives me a bug. It lands on another page saying [object Object].

No problems whatsoever with this exchange. Works fast and finally some decent platform to trade (new) altcoins with my BTC.

Good to offer no fees atm, more capital moving towards the exchange.

Thanks for all the efforts!

Notice to everyone that uses CoinMarket.io

We have now implemented a change password feature.
We urge everyone that feel/think/sense that their account have been accessed by anyone else to change to a UNIQUE password that you use for CoinMarket.io only.
Use a strong password that's not susceptible to dictionary attacks. "C0inM4rket#p4ssword!" is NOT an example of a secure password these days.
Do NOT use the same password on your email account and CoinMarket or any other crypto related site for that matter (especially mining pools).

We are doing our best to help our users but focus has to remain on development as much as possible.
You can help us and yourselves by having strong password.

We thank you for all your support and trust in our exchange - stay tuned for more features and updates, there is much more to come.
We will always maintain epic speeds and the interface will only get better.

Although the code that runs the exchange has been somewhat tested for reliability and correctness,
no guarantees of reliability or correctness are provided by CoinMarket.io
We are constantly working to maintain our reputation but offer no guarantees of any kind.
Use our software at your own risk and do not hold your life savings on any online wallet, not just us.

Hi, would it be at all possible to reduce the minimum number of characters?

I think it's going to upset a lot of newcomers to have to come up with a 12-digit password.

If I can make a small suggestion regarding security; Please enable/write the feature to not remember the username and password in the logon fields. This can be hardcoded so that the browsers have no option to remember it. Maybe a less popular feature for the lazy ones, but defenitely one that should be implemented imho.

Thanks and keep up the great job you have been doing for sofar Wink

Changing the minimum trade from 10 coins to under 5 would be ideal.

I have a few coins in various currencies I want to trade.
