There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

And the full content of that premine will go to the IPCO investors. I'll give you a little math with this. 109 bil total coins. 2.2 bil coins for IPCO1 3.25 bil coins for IPCO2 2.2+3.25=5.45 109/100=1.09 5.45/1.09=5% (the full premine) And more math hereCheers |
