Something is up with deposits.
I deposited 50 KDC and I only had 36.31278233 KDC that I was able to
sell. It should I had 50 and then it went down to the other amount?
Here is the trans id:
a04aa9b1872d8dacf046fa8cfdf857d389fa1abcdcee936c9364cc905973c97b-000

I have requested the fix of two btc withdrawals and they have seem to be ignored; it's been 4 days now. No confirmation emails, no post in the forums, starting to smell fishy.

Karmala: Withdraw request confirmed! Transaction sent.

03041988: Please provide transaction ID (you can PM us)

AngusCanine: you should read all the posts in this thread

Vilv: we are looking into it, you dont have to post it several times (you should read the Terms of Service and relax)
If there really is a problem with your balance, its gonna take some time to check properly (and reverse a buggy transaction)
(again, no guaratnees of any kind are provided by CoinMarket.io since day 1)

rurki: with this kind of explosive support volume, it is easy to miss some support requests, looking for your problem now
Edit: we have manually confirmed both your withdrawal requests, sorry for the delay.
If possible, please craete another account with a gmail address (until we confirm that no email providers have issues with us)

PS: CoinMarket.io has probably the best support you can find on *ANY* exchange.

CoinMarket.io stats:

Registered users: 6259
Deposits: 77243 (please dont set low autopayments from your pools)
Withdrawals: 13585
Orders executed: 180022

If you compare these numbers with the amount of support requests we receive and solve,
you would realize that CoinMarket.io is actually pretty awesome. Where do you get this kind of support?

Hacking is imminent I have a password reset email in my inbox that I never sent,  and my password does not work either, I have since reset it for myself, but I am sure my email has not been compromised, so there is 2 options here

1. your outgoing email has been hacked
2. You are playing a game and ripping people off
What do you say Coinmarket.io ?

either way this is the reason I do not leave coins in your exchange ..... People just a heads up ... you might want to pull your coins and keep them in your wallet until you are ready to trade in the immediate
You are sure that your email is not compromised and we are sure that our servers are not compromised. It's a draw.
You could PM us the IP address that the "password reset request" was sent from and we could look up if any of the other users have used it.
If our outgoing email or anything would be hacked, there would be *lots* of problems with similar or worse scenarios. But it's just you.

And please people, you can see that this thread has 90 pages.
We have lots of work to do on the software - dont expect to get instant answers 24/7.
We are clearing the backlog of all support requests 2-3 times per day now.
Our IRC channel is another option for urgent matters.
We also get hundreds of PMs per week, mostly with silly questions or coin requests.
If we have missed anyone with a real issue, feel free to contact us via this thread or PM.

I'm sorry so much. I've made a mistake. Actually the coins have been received. And after that I sold them all. That is why there is no USDE on my account.

I've deposited USDE. TXID: 9e1b09270eda7d05f330b37cedf940fceddbff4dcd4a858f1f4e6848a9c8a45c
Still see no coins.

So far this exchange has been good and fast. As far as features go, I love some of Coinex's automatic price and market updating features.  Clicking on prices to autofill exchange price is also nice. However Coinex's site must be tested on overclocked desktop i7s because it runs like a dog on my i5 laptop.  I ask if you add more advanced features (and I hope you do!) that they be efficient and fast. Thanks for the great exchange.
